Mir Hussein Moussavi (probably spelled wrong) is saying no to a recount which the Guardian Council has agreed to in Iran. The damage has probably been done as the ballots results have been altered so recounted fake ballots will not change the vote count measurably. Moussavi wants a new election which would have everyone vote again and this time it should be monitored by a third party if Iran has any friends to do this.
