The article posted didn't make your point. Gas taxes are the one issue where Krauthammer is right, imo.

I would have to think on it, but the idea sounds pretty good to me right now. If ever there was a time it was about two or three months ago, oil is creeping back up again now. They should enact something like this right away and head off another round of $150.00 oil prices.
