Cheney personally oversaw ’secret’ Waterboardings?

Cheney's advocacy of the use of waterboarding and warrantless wiretapping are certainly no secret, but his role in defending the program to lawmakers was undisclosed to the public until this time.

could this damn him any more than he already was? I don't know if that's possible. Wake me when when Obama oversees torture, thanks.

The report says Hillary was present at the interogations with Cheney. You know, the waterboarding that Cheney performed.
