BOSTON -- A car being driven by a 93-year-old man crashed into a Wal-Mart in Danvers on Tuesday, injuring six people, including a 1-year-old boy.

The driver was looking for a parking spot at about 10 a.m. when he hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, crashing through the store's glass doors, NewsCenter 5's Shiba Russell reported.

I'M SHOCKED

Nothing like this has ever happened before !

MAYBE OLD PEOPLE shouldn't be allowed to drive, or , at least, be required to pass a yearly
"not an old retarded idiot" test.

Two second after car a being driven by a 93-year-old man crashed.

93 is much too old to be driving a car anymore.

Most of my Mom's friends who were in their mid to late 80's had all stopped driving by that age.

My Granny stopped before that. She was walking everywhere--all close by.

She had that retinitis with her eyes and not seeing well.

She sold her 1978 Grand Prix in like 1990--had 18,000 miles on it--and the original tires. lol

This kind of thing happens a lot!

Thank Goodness no one was seriously hurt.

You can fix the building and the glass--but not the person who is killed.
