Kornheiser was horrible, probably one of the worst.

What better way to get some extra publicity and up his value.

Thank god.

But replacing him with Gruden? Just what we need, a guy in the booth who'll lob softballs to not damage his future employment opportunities.

This job is perfect for Jim Rome...he's already an ESPN employee. Why he doesn't get it is beyond me.
