St. Louis builder I.E. Millstone, 102, went missing earlier today after he drove off in his caretaker's car, which was found on a bridge over the Missouri River at 1 p.m. Saturday. The Missouri Highway Patrol received a report of an elderly man jumping off the bridge, but has not found anyone in a search.
