I have to admit though, it looks like OSB flooring in that pic. We cant use that here in Mass. Building code won't allow it for flooring use for a reason (junk!)

While OSB probably isn't the best solution for subfloor, you gotta shave costs off some place. So long as they have a good vapor barrier, it should be fine.

I loved volunteering for Habitat for Humanity in college. Quite an eye-opening experience, a great organization.
