There are only a handful of infectious diseases that show racial discrepancies in morbidity and mortality, and I believe they are all bacterial. The mechanism that causes this is unknown, and without knowledge of what the racially-dependent virulence genes are, it would be impossible. There's no sense in trying to convince BoOb or Skidmark of that, though.
