chicken, read the article, then decide what's bullshit. I know that's a challenge for you, but try it. Blacks are disproportionally represented in prisons--which is to say, "actual numbers" and "on a percentage of their population." From the article you didn't read: 50% of those in prison are black...yet they're only 11% of the population. And they're not the predominant drug users.
