Comment Moderation Policy
This site respects the right of users to express themselves and does not remove comments on the basis of the political viewpoints they contain.
Users who post comments should follow common rules of netiquette, like not posting in ALL CAPS.
User comments will be deleted if they contain commercial spam, viruses, illegal pornography, threats against public officials, threats of violence, excessive obscenity, prejudice based on race, religion, sexuality or gender, or personal harassment directed at another user (in particular, any attempt to identify a user's real name, address or workplace).
Extreme violations of these rules are called dumps. Users who receive three dumps in a 14-day period will have their posting privileges suspended for 14 days, aside from unmoderated discussions.
Creating a second account to circumvent these rules will result in a permanent loss of account privileges.
Deleted comments are moved to a page where you can review the actions of the site moderator and determine if you are comfortable participating under these rules.

This site blocks submissions from IP addresses that have been used in the past to submit commercial spam and other forms of net abuse. Please contact the publisher if you believe this was in error.
