Bush listed others, as well; e.g., threatening neighbors with invasion or genocide, providing aid and support for terrorism in Afghanistan, supporting jihadist terrorism against Israel and the rest of the Western world, starving his population and endangering them by selling donated food and medical supplies to Euro Market blackmarketeers (UN Secretary General's son among others,) using blackmarket oil to erect palaces and underground military installations, acquiring tons of yellow-cake uranium to begin again his efforts to build nuclear weapons, ad nauseam.
