For whatever its worth, the average of all the other polls (from RCP) is 61% favorable, 30% unfavorable. The Zogy poll is an obvious outlyer.

2008 Presidential results: Call 3 states incorrectly. In Zogby's 11 state swing state poll, the last they conducted before the election Zogby was off by 5.4 points.

The average miss for all Presidential polls in those states was 2.4 points.

In June Zogby had Obama winning states such as Arkansas, Arizona and South Carolina, results which no other pollster saw at any point during the election cycle. He also had Obama polling within 5 points of John McCain in Oklahoma, which Obama would go on to lose by 31 points, and Tennessee, which he'd lose by 15.

In the 2006 Senate elections Zogby's average miss was 8.7 points; governor's 7.7 points and called 5 of 19 incorrectly.

When our new President was sworn in, I was of the opinion that he should be given a chance to perform. So far, his performance leaves a lot to be desired. His poll numbers will continue to decline if he continues in the path of socialism. Our country is a great country because of capitalism. Yes, we have some fixing to do. We have had them since 1776. And we have always fixed them. But our Constitution was given to us by intelligent men. It has always been protected by intelligent men, and our posterity demands that this generation continues to protect same for them, as it's defenders protected it for us. I follow the Constitution, not men. Ours is a Nation of laws, not men. If something is outside our Constitution, then it may be time for the Courts to intervene. We may be in the brink of an era of bailouts via Injuctions, Mandamuses, and Declaratory Judgements.
