Hans+radio....Boredom on steroids....

You own your own broadcasts.

"You own your own broadcasts."

Why, yes... yes I do, wisgod.

Well, me and briwo.

And, BlogTalkRadio, too.

Hans

Hans owning his own broadcast is like saving the dog turds collected from the public park.

Oh, Jeffie, you're just pissed and frustrated because you're taking such an ass-kicking on the other thread.

like saving the dog turds collected from the public park.

Do you bronze your collection or leave 'em au naturale?

I love it when you cut and past my one liners and insults!
Then people get to read them twice.

You guys cut and paste retort, retort, and repeat the same old lame cliche's, while circle jerking each other for emotional support.
I would hardly call that an ass kicking.

I would hardly call that an ass kicking.

No, Jeffie, I suppose you wouldn't.

Doc,
The Monkey Wrench Gang is one of my favorite books. So I get the inside joke of you calling yourself Doc Sarvis.
Doc Sarvis was a quite, disgruntled man, with contempt for the system, and the corprate take over of America. He was a "eco-terrorist" by night, and a quiet doctor by day.
So I see the irony in your conflicted nature.
And I understand why you dislike me so much. You have given into the system, and have no fight left in you.
Unless maybe you're out blowing up highway billboards at night?

Jeff - Pleased you get The Monkey Wrench Gang reference. At one time I lived where a lot of the action in that book took place and, as with Hayduke, it was common to measure travel time not in miles, minutes or seconds but in cans of beer consumed driving between Point A and Point B. And, truth to tell, Jeff, I don't "dislike" you. This is a blog, for Chrissakes. I enjoy the wacky shit you put up. I love a good conspiracy theory. Like Fox Mulder, I want to believe. But by training I'm bound to examine the evidence at hand. We just don't connect the dots the same way, Jeff, that's all. And while I can't claim any billboards to my credit, whenever walking the wilder countryside I still adhere to a longstanding rule of thumb: pick up any wooden stake with a colored flag attached and throw it as far away as you possibly can.

Fuck, Jeff, I even spent the better part of a very good summer fishing off Skagen with some old men for red-spotted flat fish and lying in the sand on a dune right up there at Grenen, watching the waters of the Kattegat and Kagerrak crashing together while consuuming a picnic-for-one of Tuborg beer and the Danish version of a small hamburger while reading Ernest Hemingway and Laurence Durrell's The Alexandria Quartet.

Kagerrak = Skagerrak

Doc,
If you do so much evidence examination then why don't you post any links to back up your position? And if you are such a trained professional why do you resort to childish, name calling, and sophomoric humor?
You are what David Icke refers to as a repeater. You don't know why you don't agree with something. You just repeat what you have been trained to repeat. Thru the media. The socialist education system, and the brainwashed culture that you are drowning in.
Just once I would like to see you come up with something real and substantial to back up your position. Because if I am wrong. I would appreciate someone to show me some facts, and point me in another direction. I don't want to believe any of this stuff is real. But from all the research I have done in the past 2 years proves otherwise.
You have been conditioned your whole life to believe in the USA myth that surrounds you. Just like I was. If someone would have told me 3 years ago this stuff was happening. I would have been just like you. But I'm on the outside looking in. I can see things in a different perspective. I have just happened to have the time, opportunity, and motivation to take time and look at this information. And make a determination based on the facts that I have gleaned. If I'm missing some important facts I would like to see them.
Anyone that gets their news from mainstream media, and tv is being lied to on a regular basis. Sometimes they lie by omission, sometimes they lie by putting their spin on it, and sometimes they just lie. And once you start researching this stuff and you start to see the lies. It just become so obvious, that it changes your whole concept of reality. That's the main reason people like you won't even take this stuff serious, and automatically you categorize it in your mind as X-files nonsense, because you are brainwashed, and this information upsets your very sense of reality.

"...why do you resort to childish, name calling, and sophomoric humor?"

OK, I have to know now. Hans, do you save everything posted here, or just certain people? Are the kept by name, subject, or date? It really is amazing how fast you find this stuff.

I don't hold any hard feelings or grudges for people on Drudge either.
Glad to hear that you have been here, and you would be welcome to stop by for a visit if you are in the neighborhood again.
I've been fishing for "rodspetter" up in Skagen also. I fish the Limfjord in the spring for cod, herring, horn fish, and eel. Mostly me and my sons fish for bass in a fresh water lake up behind my house. Its more fun than standing out in the wind at the fjord all day.

Maybe so Hans but never fire the first shot. I only give it back to those that give it to me first.

I messed up the I key on my keyboard the other day. Now t msses somtmes.
6 month old MacBookPro. I guess I wll have to take in into to the dealer repair.

"It really is amazing how fast you find this stuff."

Hahahahaha, Hans, I have no idea how you do that...

Never give up your secret.

I got a challenge for you now. A few years ago in the nooner we were all posting our take on the Aristocrats joke. Do you have those? More to the point, do you please have mine?

"More to the point, do you please have mine?"

Working on it, Kanrei.

Meanwhile...

I loved my Aristocrat joke I posted here. I remember when that movie came out and the nooner was each of us posting our own version. How do you find posts we made years ago?

Posted by kanrei at 2006-11-16 02:48 PM

Hans

My G-d man!

Kanrei - The Aristocrats came out in 2005. I haven't found your post from then, but will continue my research.

It's a helluva hobby.

Hans,
YOu have already impressed/ scared the crap out of me. No need to keep digging. You are the offical archive of the DR.

Wis,
I have to admit that I think it is really kind of cool that someone did that for all our talks here. We have had some really great discussions that it makes me happy have not been lost for all time.

As long as that's as far as it goes, I agree.

I have to admit my political aspirations are pretty much done knowing some of the crap I have posted here is saved.

Ahh the days before registration when anyone could log in under anyone's handle.

For a moment I panicked and thought some of my posts from my old handle would be there. That's right before I took my 3 year hiatus. It was a bloodbath here for a while.

"Last week they featured threads and comments posted by reagan58, A_Citizen, real_story, Redneckville, jeffndenmark, northguy3, nanc, SamBarber, dogen, and more."

Most of those morons are annoying enough to read in print form. I can't fathom listening to them in stereo.

What was Floyd the Barber's contribution? Whizzdog?

RCade should start writing some nuggets like these again.

There's some pretty funny stuff in there.

If you do so much evidence examination then why don't you post any links to back up your position? #14 | Posted by JeffnDenmark

You mean, that human-reptilian hybrids aren't in control of the international banking community?

Jeff, when you post conspiratorial rants grounded in megatons of suspicion and (at best) distorted facts or (typically) no facts for support it's impossible to prove you're in error since you've proven nothing.

As for the Limfjord, very tricky waters in you're in a row boat. Also, sometimes some very interesting trilobite fossils to be found. As I recall, the Danes called them "thunder stones."

I have tried the last two times to tune in and it won't work. ;o(

I'll try again.

DAMNIT TO HELL

ONCE AGAIN

THAT Waterpic has to be cleaned

I just HATE it that I wont be able to listen in...

of course I can pretty much tell you what will be on??

...reinheitsgebot, ChangeGirl, goldendune, cletusvandam, CMSA1R, a call from DaveTheWave, and more.

Be sure to listen in next week for the next broadcast of The Drudge Retort Report.

Hans

I caught some of the show today.

You guys do a decent job.

Dave the Wave sounds smarter on air than he appears in print.

You need to even out yer mic levels...Hans was much louder than Brian.

I'll try to tune in next week.

"At one time I lived where a lot of the action in that book took place and, as with Hayduke, it was common to measure travel time not in miles, minutes or seconds but in cans of beer consumed driving between Point A and Point B.

Windansea, or?

Dave the Wave sounds smarter on air than he appears in print.

He sounds like a sissy boy.....about two octaves to high....kissing up to Hans...well I guess it was mutual.

Poor devils I feel for you, cause whenever I hear myself on tape, I cringe!!!!

That was actually an interesting show. I couldn't tell who was who while on the phone. Next time I'll be ready...to take you to the mat!

DTW: We'll be waiting!!!

Your show is nothing more than comic relief.

How does it feel to be the lib Rush Limbaugh? Well, he actually gets paid milions and sounds professional, but is still a ranting loon as you two are.

"Your show is nothing more than comic relief."

Everyone's a critic.

Hans

Most of the libs onthis site seem to complain about certain Fox shows not be "fair and balanced". Yet I hear nothing from them about your show concerning this.

Ye old double standard.

"Yet I hear nothing from them about your show concerning this."

1. Go to http://BlogTalkRadio.com
2. Click on "Start your own radio show" and follow instructions.
Or fart out comments like "Ye old double standard."

Whichever is easiest for you, chickenchoker.

Hans

Postscript - Briwo and I have never claimed to be "fair and balanced." We're quite satisfied to be biased in our opinions.

Chickenchoker when you get the balls to participate, then MAYBE you'll have a right to criticize.

In the meantime, sit down and see if you can figure out the difference between a Network News show on the public airwaves, vs an amateur, lighthearted, internet radio show where we discuss one of our favorite blog sites and the denizens thereof.

So, what you are saying is that if a person does not participate then they have no right to criticize?

I understand now.

"Start your own radio show"

The Drudge Retort Report Retort!

We're quite satisfied to be biased in our opinions.

As well as being rumor mongers.

BTW, one more week without an "Oz quote" and I may have to resort to cat-napping.

can anybody start a radio show? I'd love to have the jackass hour where i expose people.

So, what you are saying is that if a person does not participate then they have no right to criticize?

I understand now.

Yeah, it's kind of like voting. You know those people who never vote but then do nothing but bitch about "govt"?

DRR is not for us it's for the people here on DR. The more everyone participates, the better it will be. It's your show.

Our other shows, however, are open to criticism as we do espouse our opinions and takes on the news and events. But again, it would have much more impact if you actually called in or were even in the chatroom of one of our other shows.
Coming on here to bitch about it when you can do it to our faces seems somewhat cowardly.

Rasta: Yes, as long as you have a telephone and computer, go to blogtalkradio.com and click "Start your own show"

"So, what you are saying is that if a person does not participate then they have no right to criticize?"

Criticize away, chickenchoker.

But like people who criticize their government, yet never vote, it comes across as hollow.

Hans

Be sure to listen in next week for the next broadcast of The Drudge Retort Report.

once again duty calls and I think that I have to be out of town just at that time.

SHUCKS!!!!!

But like people who criticize their government, yet never vote, it comes across as hollow.

Hans

and besides "CHUCK".....critics of liberalism arent allowed in liberal fascism.

BUT COULD YOU HEAR BRIWO......and then IF you could

why would you want to...

oh...oh....a jab and a punch....lol

Yeah, it's kind of like voting. You know those people who never vote but then do nothing but bitch about "govt"?

Let me get this straight, as an example, if you have never served in the military then you have no right to criticize it?

I am just trying to get the rules down.

"Let me get this straight, as an example, if you have never served in the military then you have no right to criticize it?"

No.

"I am just trying to get the rules down."

No you're not.

Hans

"Let me get this straight, as an example, if you have never served in the military then you have no right to criticize it?"

No. Although comparing apples and oranges is a time honored rethug tactic, in this case it's even more transparent than usual.

Are you deliberately obtuse, or is there some kind of brain injury we should take into consideration?

lol

Apples and oranges are both globular fruit.

And libtards never use use that tactic? Come-on.

Wait, If I did not vote but the politicians spend my tax dollars have no say about it?

"Wait, If I did not vote but the politicians spend my tax dollars have no say about it?"

Please re-word this and/or apply appropriate commas so that it makes sense and can be replied to.

Hans

Wait, If I did not vote but the politicians spend my tax dollars have no say about it?

yep. Not morally nor ethically.
How can I bitch about where My Money is spent if I don't Open My Mouth(read vote) Seems to me if one doesn't vote they forfeit their right to bitch asbout anything conserning the welfare of the United States.

Larry

Let me ask you this. Let's say an illegal in a stolen car being chased by the police runs into me and I am in the hospital unconscious and unable to vote. Do I still get a say?

"Let me ask you this."

No.

"Do I still get a say?"

In what?

Hans

Let me ask you this. Let's say an illegal in a stolen car being chased by the police runs into me and I am in the hospital unconscious and unable to vote. Do I still get a say?

Let's say You are full of shit and don't want to admit that You did not vote. Still nope. You don't open Your Mouth(Read Vote) You forfeit Your right to speak out against ones Government. Now before You get into a tizzy. That doesn't mean You don't have a CONSTITUTIONAL Right to speak out. Just not a moral nor ethical one.

Larry

Wait, wait,, I am abducted by aliens who are also holding Elvis and Emilia Earhart and am therefore unable to vote?

Son, I have not missed a vote since 1970.

"Are you deliberately obtuse, or is there some kind of brain injury we should take into consideration?"

Of course, the two are not mutually exclusive.

Caught some of last week's show and listened to yesterday's - albeit not live.

Interesting, entertaining, and an easy listen.

"Everyone's a critic" but the critics on this thread are especially bad at setting up straw-men.

Keep up the good work, guys.

COUGH COUGH BULLSHIT COUGH COUGH

Although my mind-reading skills are a little rusty at the moment, I'm guessing he wasn't using it in the geometric sense.

By process of elimination, we are left with #2:
