The Obama administration will not conduct the kind of "extraordinary rendition" that the Bush administration allowed, CIA director nominee Leon Panetta assured senators.

"No extraordinary rendition" is a symptom
of "extraordinary thinking skills". We can
thank our lucky stars that change is here!

The lesson here:
Be nice to terrorists, and
they'll be nice right back.

Happy days are here again...
Be Well.

The lesson here:

The rule of law. Without it, we are only different from terrorists by a matter of degree.

Panetta:"BUM-BOY Extraordinaire!!!"

Panetta will forever reek of that "foul, disgusting odour" from willingly pushing his head and neck as far as he possibly could up Bill Clinton's sleazy, slimy rectum! Panetta was President Clinton's main propagandist and apologist for Clinton's many heinous and treasonous crimes.
That he's now up to head the CIA is a poetic justice heaped upon the complacent (stunned) and spineless American public!

Panetta said he would come to the job with a list a questions he wants the CIA to be able to answer, including the location of Osama bin Laden, and when and where al Qaeda will next try to attack the United States.

"Where's Bin Hiding?" and "When the next attack?"

Them some good question.

Who knows, now that Dumbya's no longer to protect ole family friend Osama maybe they'll find him or at least his gravesite.

Also, now that Dumbya's no longer around to actively block the counter terrorism people maybe the next AQ attack will actually be stopped this time.

The fact that Obama isn't outing any active NOC agents will prolly make recruiting new CIA officers a lot easier as well thinks Spud.

Good luck to Panetta sez Spud.

He'll need it.

Be Well.

Dick Cheney is on the phone to Tora Bora as we speak.

Terrorists are just misunderstood.

Terrorists are just misunderstood.

Why do you say that?

THANK GOD it's about God damned time. How can We condemn the enemy for kidnappings when we do it ourselves??

Larry

Is it a chicken ranch or a ranch for chickens?

ZED-No a ranch for Torquemada. We have ethics and that is something we lost under Bush/Cheney, with emphasis on Cheney. We are not made weaker by this rather the opposite. A President by definition can't be "chicken". He must be ready at any time to make decisions that can and do result in death and other casualties. Any man that tries to achieve that office knows this.

That was "Not" a ranch for.....My bad..again, crap!

is chicken rancher chickeninoven?

but he will send them to countries that promise not to treat them bad,now is that a big loophole or not?

It reminds me of a situation a century or more so ago. There were two schools of thoughts in foreign affairs. One in Berlin: "situation is serious but not critical" one in Vienna: "situation is critical but not serious". Now, the question is: is Obi Kaiser or Franz Josef?

"Panetta: No 'Extraordinary Rendition'"

Rendition? Yes.

Extraordinary? No.

I'll keep my fingers crossed... I guess.

i ask again is the war on terror really a war-if so all we have to do is feed and cloth them as they are pow's----what happens if no country will take them-some of these guys are self confessed jihadist-obama should send gates back to the intelligence agencies and get some one else to run defense-maybe even a military guy
jasman

"some of these guys are self confessed jihadist"

The criminal justice system was made for guys like this.

I guess we'll have to see what kind of "aggressive interrogation" methods they add to the army field manual. That loophole could prevent a rendition from being considered "extraordinary."

LARRY<

uh excuse me but apparently you didnt bother to watch any of the panneta hearins.
a senator, upon hearing sanctamonious gibberish from this lackey reminded him that this occured 80 times during the clinton administration.
Now you can call that deflecting if you want to, but I prefer to call it the truth coming out.
