I don't know why anyone would oppose the court deciding on this. There's a good chance they'll just disagree that Coleman was cheated and Franken can take his seat. Franken should should stop trying to declare himself the winner and stop trying to prevent court review of the election.

Seems to me that there should be a better way to decide challeged ballots than allowing a panel of appointed judges to say "I think he meant Franken on this one." Maybe if names were attached to ballots we'd not only reduce voter fraud, but we'd be able to call the voter up and ask "who did you mean to vote for?"
