And when the exact same problems occur in for-profit contractor built homes the same morons who criticize Carter are silent. Pretending that the use of volunteer labor as opposed to unskilled illegal immigrant labor is one way Carter haters make fools of themselves. If these homes are so terrible why don't the residents go buy contractor built homes and let someone else have the use of these places?
Also, in that many years of use some maintenance is required for any structure, it is probable that this is really why some of these places are in such poor condition.
