Been there, done that.

I've watched her career over the years, and Kathy Griffin can be quite funny at times with some of her jokes, but way too often she has a nasty and crude mouth on her.

Truthfully, I was surprised CNN decided to have Griffin on as co-host but figured the producers had warned her beforehand to clean up her act since the New Year's Eve broadcast is generally a family show.

She's had about $100,000 worth of plastic surgery done on face, body, and her teeth in the last five years hoping to give a jump start to her career, but what's a pretty face if the words coming out of her mouth are ugly.

She has a sense of humor and good comedic timing but for some reason feels she has to be filthy mouthed in order to get a few laughs. I'm no prude, but feel Griffin definitely does not belong hosting any show where kids and teenagers are going to be among the viewing audience.

Hey 101, you know Don Rickles is still living and performing. Why don't you go to his show and heckle him and see how that works out?

I have to say I never really cared for Griffin. There is something a little too harsh, too angry, too selr-centered and not funny about her. She is a comedian, so I expect her to be irreverent and not PC. I don't have a problem with her addressing her heckler, but she should get some original material.
