Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Final confirmation that George Bush has too much time on his hands came on Monday night -- he made an appearance on the popular game show Deal Or No Deal. Bush, the most unpopular president in US polling history, said he was thrilled to be on the show. "Come to think of it, I'm thrilled to be anywhere with high ratings these days," he said.

A huge Southern Baptist preacher. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa men - a!

Did it go something like this:

A priest and a rabbi walk into a bar. The rabbi sits down, turns to his right to look at the patron next to him and says, "rough day, Mr. President?"

A priest and a rabbit walk into a bar. The rabbit sits down, turns to his right to look at the patron next to him and says, "George, you fucked this country up six ways from Sunday and you should be in prison, but you will retire to a life of ease and influence in Dallas. Cheers."

Bush did the recording at the White House last month for airing on Monday night's programme, in which he wished Captain Joseph Kobes good luck.

"The show's producers contacted the White House after learning from Captain Kobes that the president is one of his heroes," a White House spokesman, Tony Fratto, said.

We're not really sure Don Tardo, your hero and namesake left us all hanging. We went to Iraq and all we got was a t-shirt and morons like you telling us how peachy things are.

That Iraqi oil is not for us, the US!!!! Surprised???

That oil is already planned to be shipped via as-yet unbuilt pipelines from Iraq, then will go across Iran, Afganistan and Pakistan on it's way to india and china.

Ring any bells? Iraq, Iran, Afganistan and Pakistan?

This is not a US project. This is a worldwide project, that america is running because the NWO tells us this is what we will do. Obama has already been given the bad news. He will continue this project until it is finished.

America has an energy source avaiable that dwarfs the current oil supply by many orders of magnitude. It is called methanol hydrate (i.e. frozen pressurized methanol - one square inch gives 60 sq inches of expanded methanol gas) and it covers all the deep oceans and seas. There is enough of this stuff to last for centuries, even at our current growth rate.

Funny, I don't recall him invading Iraq for oil, Professor.

Wanted Dead or Alive?

More like alive and forgotten.

Between Bush and the joke, Bush is a bigger joke.

Sad that so many of the mouthbreathers idolize him.

They told You if You were paying attention. Operation Iraqi Liberation.

Larry

"The captain rolled the dice aiming for $750,000 but in the end settled for $26,000. "

Welcome to the 401K show.

Sad that so many of the mouthbreathers idolize him.

Truly unbelievable.

"Funny, I don't recall him invading Iraq for oil"

Selective memory will do that.

Osama Bin Laden was a businessman (owned a constrution company). He was never in a postion of power within the Taliban or Al Queda. He used those organizations as a base for his Bush policies in exchange for giving them cash and funding thier other operations. The USS cole is known to have been perpetrated by a group within a group that was run by Bin Laden, and sponsored by interests loyal to the Bush family.

At 911, OBL knew he was dying. Bush knew his old friend OBL was dying. Blaming him for the 911 attacks was a gift to a dying old friend. OBL's name will now forever be linked with the radical muslim cause, which suits him just fine.

Without this, he would have went down in history as just another low-level failed business-man, like Bush.

What an ass. How dare he show support for a Vet.

#5 | Posted by wisgod

Yeah, his budget cuts to the VA showed how much he loved the vets. He's supporting some guy who's clearly suffering from a closed head injury, if he considers the failure-in-Chief his hero.

And Wis-check out the oilcompanies record profits following Dubya's Excellent Iraqi Adventure, then check out his plans to auction off Iraq's oil fields to a select number of bidders. Too bad his ayatollah string pullers had other plans...

Staffers now publically liken him to Palin.

Assholes didn't say a thing for 8 long morally and economically bankrupt years.

Can this tool shit on the office of President more than he has?

Go away Bi-Curious George.

Did he do this once before? It sounds very familiar, especially the high ratings joke. And why is the date on the article: "Wednesday 23 April 2008?"

Staffers now publically liken him to Palin

The Palin meltdown would have been hilarious!

The Bush meltdown is just plain sad.

Maybe GW will get his own show called, "Name That Lamoid!"

Even the Goppers have had enough. How stupid do you have to be to be in the 25% club? I mean other than the drudge righties. We know their stupidity level.

Republican Party officials say they will try next month to pass a resolution accusing President Bush and congressional Republican leaders of embracing "socialism," underscoring deep dissension within the party at the end of Mr. Bush's administration.

Those pushing the resolution, which will come before the Republican National Committee at its January meeting, say elected leaders need to be reminded of core principles. They said the RNC must take the dramatic step of wading into policy debates, which traditionally have been left to lawmakers.

I don't mind this appearance. If the president has time to greet sports teams, he can do a vet a solid on a game show.

The only show these fucking assholes should be on is one at the Hague...

Well, he didn't use his political power to screw all the young ladies like a draft dodger that was in office before him did.

Then what has Iraq been exporting to the US (see post numbers 8 and 30)?

Idon't mind this appearance. If the president has time to greet sports teams, he can do a vet a solid on a game show.

Oil is a global comodity. Where each bbl comes from and goes to dosen't make a bit of difference.

I guess you think if we didn't take it they would not sell it, at the same price to someone else. A product embargo on a country only works if every country does not buy their product.

WTF are you trying to say??

What an ass. How dare he show support for a Vet.

Not to mention that making a cameo appearance on a mindless TV show is certainly cheaper than funding VA care.

I suppose we should support Bush's fiscal conservatism in those very rare cases where he exhibits it.

"BTW, when can we expect all that oil?"

Oh I'd say right around the time Obama & Pelosi & Co. clean up Washington and operate any better than that which they claim to hate.

Final confirmation that George Bush has too much time on his hands came on Monday night --

Not to mention Frank 5.5". Why else would someone regurgitate something from April 2008? From a UK paper no less.

How is this timely? This happened back in April, remember people? The same night Obama, McCain, and Hillary were on WWE.

I knew this sounded really familiar...

Nice going. A cheesy article from April posted on the front page at the end of December.

Way to go Frank3.5. How about a thread about some terrorists hijacking some planes and raising hell?

But talking about Obama/Rezko in January was "old news." Hilarious.

W is trying SO HARD to be buchanan and leave a mess for the next president while doing NOTHING about it. Worthless bastard.

Historians will not be kind to this pile of shit.

W is trying SO HARD to be buchanan and leave a mess for the next president while doing NOTHING about it. Worthless bastard.

I guess we know why this was allowed to be a thread.

Apparently Alexandria doesn't know how to read.

"I guess we know why this was allowed to be a thread."

for idiots. (smirk) (tm).

"Come to think of it, I'm thrilled to be anywhere with high ratings these days," he said.

lol

His next stop was to be 'Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader', but he soon realized he's be outwitted.

I'd like to see a new show; 'Are You Smarter Than Decider'.

Wouldn't work though. They'd go broke giving away prizes.

Isn't there a war or something happening in Israel the president should be paying attention to?

Apparently Alexandria doesn't know how to read.

Oh, i read it moron.

Bush is currently on vacation while our economy burns.

This article was reprinted to show what he was doing before we hit the pits: Going on stupid game shows.

You're pretty stupid for a lawyer, joe.

You're pretty stupid for a lawyer, joe.

Yep, imagine Joe representing ya, I bet he gets his money by advertising the lawyer who knows how to lose.

Joe gets all those guys who need to lose to benefit. Hey, I bet he is on Palin's advisory board.

Crappus can't seem to remeber that he thought Joe was a "wanna be law dog" about 3 posts ago. The same post he accused Joe of being a 20 year student.

Make up your mind dummy.

Crappus can't seem to remeber that he ...

remeber?????

Your trying to school me about literacy. LOL!

Yep, you got me!

"You're pretty stupid for a lawyer, joe."

Says the guy who got all worked up over an article from April. It's okay, you can admit you didn't know. Your sad knee-jerk deflection to my personal life proves it.

And moneywar, you're pretty stupid for a human being, regardless of your profession. The worst part is, I think once you mentioned having children. I laugh when I think of them trying to read your Christmas cards.

this is a repeat of the show.
already been there
done that

Yes, officer, that man needs to be removed from the library premises. He spends hours and hours here alomost every day. Brings his peanut butter burritos, gummy worms, and Gatoraid and slivovitz cocktail in a plastic "Remember the Alamo" mug, without fail. Then he sits in front of one of our computers murmuring, "Hole in one, hole in one, c'mon baby, hole in one." Sometimes he produces a kazoo and frightens the children by playing music from Freddy Kruger movies.
