meanwhile, medical professionals celebrate the diagnosis of the 500 millionth case of carpal tunnel syndrome

Always been a big fan of Logitech, but lately I've discovered a love of Razer mice.

I have the logitech wave keyboard though. Back when I used to code, those standard keyboards really wore on me.

Started using ergonomically designed keyboards and that all went away.

I don't have one of their mice, but I do remember being quite pleased with my first Logitech purchase. The device's marketing boldly claimed "Precision Xbox Controller" right there on the box. I was skeptical as to the use of the word "precision" to tout the unit's functionality, as I was still playing with that giant big pancake of a controller the platform first launched with. But once I bought the smaller, S-sized Logitech controller, I instantly started holding my own online in Counterstrike. Night and day, and I know it was the controller that made the difference. I wish they'd make another "precision" one for the 360.

And to finish the review, flush with the sense of faith I now had in their products, I went out and bought one of those skippy feedback wheels for my insatiable Gran Turismo fix. Their products work as advertised and this consumer gives five stars out of five.

Yep always been a big fan of logitech. My logitech mouse is at least 6 years old of constant use and still works great. I just recently purchased a basic logitech keyboard after the kids and cats managed to kill 4 keyboards in about 1 year with spills this one has lasted 2 months and already survived 2 spills. Yep very happy with their stuff.

I never heard of Logitech until this thread. I'm just so proud of myself for finally upgrading to a new Microsoft mouse with a red light on the bottom rather than the old mouse that had the dust collecting rubber ball underneath it. My new one is a "Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 1000."

Nullifidian -- I know you told me awhile back to get a laser mouse. Next mouse I buy will be a laser. I promise.

Where in this article is the "question" you're suppose to try and answer correctly in order to win some of Logitech's products? I'll check it out again later.

Kensington Pro-Trackball or nothing. Logitech always ran behind Kensington and Microsoft for quality and reliability, After 17 years in the I.T. Game I always thought of them as the cheapie mouse.

Chris,

thats the link to the mouse I have, cordless optical comes with rechargeable batteries and a base to charge them on. The batteries last forever on a full charge so you don't have to put it on there that much, if you put it on before going to bed you will always have batteries when you want them.

I bought mine new for 60 bucks 6 years ago I actualy have a second one but now the second comp is a laptop so never use it.

can't speak to Logitech for regular mousing (I've always liked the "eraser" in the middle of my laptop keyboard), but I have to agree w/Dutch.

the Logitech controller for the original xbox was far superior to the stock version. the wireless headset was also fantastic

I had no idea I was going to enjoy my Logitech mouse so much after my last old funkmouse died a couple years ago. China can make a darn good product when they want to.

I have an optical mouse, I dunno which brand and could care less. I bought it at Wal Mart. I will never go back to mechanical mice.

I bought a Trackman Wheel many years ago because I was getting extremely painful carpal tunnel syndrome in my right wrist. I work in IT so I'm mousing all day, then when I get home I play guitar, usually every day, so my wrist was absolutely killing me. The trackball-style mouse saved me. Logitech is the BOMB!

Logitech G5 corded mouse. I'll never buy another wireless mouse again.

JAY

I like trackballs. I use them for my recording studio computers (and a whole lot of Key Commands I programmed)

Once I discovered Lithium batterys my attitude about wireless mice improved greatly. I've only had to change them once a year or so.

batteries

Microsoft wireless mouse, 30 bucks but has lasted for almost a year and half and uses a single AA which lasts for months. I have a Logitech webcam and some speakers but they sound bad. Don't buy Logitech.

MX518

Looks sweet, and works even better.

Logitech for life.

Perhaps you should invest in a keyboard condom.

I've killed at least two keyboards spitting coffee while reading the Retort.

I have the Lance Armstrong version....one ball.

Logitech wireless trackball-great-no wrist pain or CTS and it doubles as a remote when doing PowerPoint presentations. doesn't improve the quality or value of the presentations, just makes them faster.

I've got the Wisgod version. No balls at all.

Ha! Luffs me some Groundskeeper Willy references!

His description of the French as "cheese eating surrender mokeys" is still worth a giggle and a half!

Be Well.

EEK EEK!!!

If you stacked 1 billion Logitech Mouses in a landfill how high would it reach?

I've got the LetUsPrey version. It leaves a mess on the mouse pad once a month.

Logitech Trackman Marble FX. Big optical trackball. Logitech hasn't made them in years, though. On eBay, they go for $130 and up. If mine broke, I'd be tempted to pay that, too.

I've never bought a bad Logitech product.
