Whatever happend to BUYING AMERICAN!

The Right

The British Financial Times has reported that the Chinese Central Bank called Bush and ordered him to save Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac and let Lehman Bros go bankrupt and that is exactly what happened.

Say hello to your new masters. Thank phoney economic theory and mass media propaganda for this Corporate friendly (temporary) outcome.

No surprise the wingdings are avoiding this thread, they would much rather obsess over how Hannity can continue to make money than worrying over something as silly as this!

As long as we keep buying cheep chink junk at wally world it will get worse.

So stop shopping at Walmart.

Take a sip of Oolong Tea...

I really miss the "Road Shows" from Bob and Bing.

No kidding. The biggest threat to u.s. hegemony has been given the keys to the house. Man, they could shut you down if that is what they truly wanted. And they could potentially do it with little impact on their own economy, most products exported to NA fill walmarts' shelves, and would possibly see increases of purchase as the middle class implodes, as the gov't's bank account withers.

We are well aware now that empires, economic as well as military, come and go. China is where we were one hundred years ago, and will be where we are now some time in the future. Until then, "Show me the money...Show me the money!"

in China they put incompetent managers against the wall and shoot them. Perhaps, some of this will rub-off...as Samuel Johnson once proclaimed: nothing so concentrates the mind as the prospect of hanging in the morning...

Better start learning Mandarin now, America.
Lesson 1: Where is our money?
我们的钱是在那儿?

Not for long. They'll be selling off Treasuries to pay for their new $600 billion infrastructure project.

Think Chinese buying up American debt is bad? Wait until they start to sell it.

Of course, a cynic would suggest that the Chinese always believed American debt was a good investment, until Barack Obama showed up and promised to raise taxes, and rewrite our trade agreements.

That's un-American!

Outsourcing American jobs and treating Americans careers as commodities is the only true American way.

Just so long as the CEO can make their millions fuck everyone else.

Hoolay! Hoolay!

You'll pay! You'll Pay!

Racism will not avail you. Prepare for the upcoming Depression, asshole.

Deregulate MORE!!! So that over paid ass hats can extort ALL of our money...keep shopping at wal mart like a good capitalist and viola..... conservative philosophies drive us into absolute bankruptcy while China takes us quietly over.

"and viola..."?

You mean I have to play an instrument no one will hear or care about??

Thank you Wal*mart.

Rotsa ruk." - Wisgod.

Heh. Right.

Second Hand Stores and Shopko. Get a community garden and grow food in it, or just use your backyard. Stop buying all the stupid little crap. Don't buy any toys with more than bubble pack or a box. God, all those twisties and plastic fasteners and little rubber bands they use these days, for no good reason. Don't buy junk food. At all. Mass transit, if you can. Turn off the damn tv. It's not only depressing and corrupting, it's expensive these days. Cellphone? What cellphone? Learn how to make a pot of gourmet soup from leftovers. STOP WASTING FOOD! Reuse all those sturdy plastic containers. Clip those coupons. Procreate, you fools! Idiocracy is now mandatory viewing.

America spends too much time wondering what went wrong to be considered intelligent as a whole.

That's just cause their godless commies....

America was the largest creditor nation in the world before Ronnie Raygun turned our country into the largest debtor nation on Earth. Fact!

this is bad but you should also know that china buys more fords than any other car but its a different model and they dont have the union hamstrings...

it may not be on subject but its important

If we are owned by China, does this mean that we all need new names/handles? For the record, in the future I am to be addressed as KeithdaWang aka Dahungwun. OK, so I have a vivid imagination. It reads better than Keithdaweewun.

Well? Just what the hell will you call yourselves?

Wonhunglow.

我们自己的评估,美国。谢谢你布什!
