Hope it helps. Making the right food choices is everything. As that article points out what foods we eat are as important as how much we do or do not eat.

That bit about insulin in they bloodstream was something I never considered. Same with the "Thermic Value" of eating protein rather than carbs to burn fat. Anyway, that short article seemed packed with usuable and helpful information.

The headline understates what the Indian navy did to the pirates. Just look at the odds: a heavily armed Indian battle cruiser several hundred feet long with the most advanced weapons and a highly trained crew vs a small, rundown motor boat crewed with starving somalis armed with pistols and rifle.
The headline should probably go: "Indian navy cruiser wipes pirates of the face of the earth," or "Indian cruiser atomizes pirates"
