It is my understanding that Presidential signing statements are public information in fact the Georgetown Law Library has a database of them.
There may in fact be some that are not made public due to national security issues.

If i'm wrong which I don't think I am you would be sadly wrong to think President Obama will release any of President Bush's signing statements as this would set precedent and he would have to release his own. No President will willingly give up any of his power either on the left or the right.

Although it should be the law that they are released which I think it already is.

Quite aware President G.W.Bush 1100+,(some say it's actually much lower) President Clinton 381, President G.H.W. Bush 228, President Reagan 250.

But I don't see how that is relevant to the argument of whether they are already public or not, and if they aren't whether President Obama will release President Bush's there by setting precedent to release his own.

Obviously all should be made public by law which I think is the case already except in cases of true national security issues.
