CNN's Rick Sanchez interviewed Joe "the Plumber" Wurzelbacher this afternoon, asking him such tough questions that at one point Joe complained, "Why are you vetting me out and you haven't done this for Obama?"

CNN Host Grills Joe the Plumber

I wonder how "Joe the Plumber's" publicist will handle this.

Joe's a Jack off. I watched in on my TV at work and boy was it funny. Someone finally stuck it to him...

Isn't this clown's 15 minutes over yet?

If Joe the Plumber's going to appear onstage with a presidential candidate and hire a publicist, he has to play by tougher new rules. Rick Sanchez was right.

I think Joe would be an interesting flat-tax libertarian.

"I think Joe would be an interesting flat-tax libertarian."

Sounds good. Let him run for the Losertarian nomination in four years. No doubt, the results will be the same.

Ol' Joe doesn't have an answer to supporting McCain who doesn't support a flat tax. So much for his vaunted "principles."

Sanchez was tough but Plumber was the a-hole. Joe told him to go look up "principles" in the dictionary. Of course, he couldn't answer the question on how a guy making so little could be in favor of rich people. Sanchez finally took a shot about Plumber not paying his taxes.

Someone on the set mentioned that Plumber kept accusing Sanchez of lacking principles, yet he is the one who misrepresented his income (over $250K) and the fact that he doesn't plan to start a busiess (which Plumber did not dispute).

The liberal media, totally in the tank for Barry is indignent that Joe would even ask the Mesiah a question. Look out Joe the Plumber, Barry may have a Gulag waiting for you and Palin's kids after the election.

It's all slipping away from you, you dumbass righties. No more fear, no more aversion to kicking the right-tards in their nuts. You wanted it, you got it, and it will never be the same after tonight.

Poor Joe hated tyhe noodling. Oh well Joe the Plumber maybe You can affix some Plumbers putty to Your lips and silence Yourself. You after all are nothing but a cheap Craftsman Pipe wrench not qualified to hold onto a Ridgid.

"The reporter clearly is an advocate - a bully. Listen to him. What a condescending POS.
Little wonder why the media is held in such low regard."

YEAH!

Cause it sure aint the likes of hannity, limbough, oreally and fox newz makin' discourse cheap!

I predict that if mccain wins, and he doesn't can palin in the first 100 days, the extremists that now call themselves "conservative" will demand mccain do The One Thing He Hasn't Yet Done for Country ----- and that's Die!

Aint that about right ooh!

That's ridiculous, Redneckville. That crap needs to stop!

Joe can dish it out but cant take it.

Sthat simple.

When it turns out that the poster boy who is nothing like the poster boy he claimes he is, he's gonna take some scrutiny.

If he had not become the only issue McCain would talk about (aside from Ayers) he could have continued to pull his "I'm wanna buy that business and that Obama guy is gonna keep me from prospering" BS.

He threw the BS on the wall, he cant cry when people point to it and yell "BULL SHIT".

Joe the FAKE "Plumber" was a McLame plant, out of Alaska.

That low-life scumbag hillbilly deadbeat LIAR is not buying a business, not a licensed plumber, no savings, refuses to pay taxes and bills!

Of course being a LIAR makes him a Big "Hero" to McLame because He "got Obama to say 'spread the wealth'"..??

God I wish McLAME had enough gray-haired crusty BALLS to talk to the PUBLIC

Would ask him exactly the opposite:

Mr McLAME, Why Do You HATE 95% of Americans so much that you want to FUNNEL the wealth only to the Kings at the very TOP and help them to exploit the middle class and their tax dollars to the max for your own insane filthy profit schemes ...??

He would chuckle, shrug and make his "crazy big-eyes look" and say "why ask me, I cheated on my wife to marry a wealthy beer priness for her booze bucks and don't even know how many HOMES I own"....

Obama is basically a coward, sending out his attack dogs to slime Joe the Plumber and Palin's kids. The Messiah is a fake prophet and a real pussy.

Hussein is above all else a thin skinned pussy and crybaby.

If he can't handle the heat from Sean Hannity, wait until Putin gets ahold of him.

The rest of the world is holding their breath, they know that America is about to join the pack as a second rate country.

This will go down as one of the worst days in America's history.

"Without her - if, for example, he'd picked Lieberman... McCain would have been sunk."
#19 | Posted by OohRah

Jesus, are you kidding me? She was the worst strategy pick he could have made. WHAT? There were only Palin and Lieberman?

If Grandpa would have selected ANY of the other repub candidates as a running mate he would have cinched the election. Palin was his torpedo, my friend.

Spud actually watched this dreck today.

Joe's not a plumber he's a plant.

Joe the non registered plumber with a loaded, fake question is an inarticulate, aggresive asshole who owes back taxes and on a hospital bill and who made 40K last year and who is no position to buy the business he was talking about buying and even if it did it didn't bring in the kind of dough he sed it did in order to be affected by Obama's proposed tax plan.

He's also got a relative up in Wassilla Alaska who races motorcycles with Sarah Palin's husband.

The fact that he's getting as much media play as he is indicates that he is faker than Pamela Anderson's tits and pre-planned part of the rethug agenda.

How can anyone not see that?

Spud LOL'd when the moronic Joe the Plant kept telling Rick to "look up 'principles' in the dictionary"

Joe the Plant doesn't any principles or scruples wotsoever about bald faced lying on national TeeVee over and over agaan maybe someone should sent THAT asshole a dictionary.

Wonder if Joe the Plant knows that it was Teddy Roosevelt (Yawn McLame's hero, supposedly) who introduced "progessive taxation" where the wealthy paid more not just in total taxes but in percentages as well?

Wonder if Joe the Plant knows that GOP Messiah Raygun introduced the Earned Income Credit that basically did wot Obama is proposing that he now considers socialist?

Wonder if Joe, a former native of Alaska, knows that wot Sarah Palin does up there in terms of handing out BigOil largesse is a form of socialism?

Wonder if Joe the Plant could tell ya the difference between his ass and a hole in the ground?

/"Um let's see," sez Joe, "one's round and dark and the other is... Hmmm, hafta to get back to you on that"

Seriously, did you catch that asshole repeating the Rtard meme that the media were vetting him more than they did Barack Obama?

Where has this slug been fer the last 20 months of nonstop slurs, character assasination, and misrepresentations of every single person Obama has ever met in his entire life?

How anyone can take this guy's bullshiat even remotely seriously and still figure out how to tie their own shoes is a complete and utter mystery to Spud.

Be Well.

Why are dems so afraid of Joe the Plumber?

For eight years, we've had a guy in office who is either a total imbecile or a traitor (take your pick, the results are the same). Why are you so worried about the next guy, who can't be nearly as bad no matter which candidate wins? If you're going to go all Chicken Little on us, worry about what moron boy is going to do to "save his legacy" in the next two months.

Why won't repubs admit that Joe the Plumber is a fraud?

I agree with Spud, this guy was a plant. First time I saw the video it struck me odd he was trying to be a small business earning around $250K. Nice coincidence. What McCain did not bank on was people actually tracking this guy down. Duh, that is what the media does because they have nothing better to do.

Can anyone take this guy seriously? I can't blame Joe though. Guy could have went from loser to White House. Now he is still just a loser.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have an ideal. Instead of trying to destroy joe the plummer (plummer not plumber cause he ain't no plumber), we should celebrate him. put him up on a pedestal so all his 'joe-ness' can shine forth for all to see.

i guarantee you someone is gonna put him in a show or a movie. I know what he won't be doing....shakespeare.

"i guarantee you someone is gonna put him in a show or a movie. "

Just like Joey Buttofuco.

Is Joe gonna be on stage at the Biltmore in Phoenix?

Why not?

He's been such a solid member of that campaign, it's a sad thing.

How long is it going to take the Republicans to crawl out of the wilderness this time?

Sanchez is A Republican if you really want to know. Well We All Know Joe"s Name Is Sam And He Is Not A Real Plummer, He Makes $40,000 A Year, A Radio Station had A call In Show To Pay His Back Taxes And Was On Welfare And Food Stamps !

-Sarge

Congratulations, Joe! You just got a tax break!

Except for the fact he doesn't have a job anymore. Once it was discovered he didn't have a license, and wasn't in an apprentice program to get one (either one neccessary), he wasn't allowed to "plumb".

Well, YEAH, but 'cept for THOSE little things and his publicist and his sudden willingness to appear on national television and embarrass himself, he's just like you and me!

Hmmmm...
He has a lot in common with Palin, another padded resume.

Answer:
We're NOT.
We're disdainful of frauds.
Like Joe the non-plumber.
Like Sarah the plastic-Jesus-cum-helicopter-
hunter.

Fathom THAT for a while.

"Why are you vetting me out and you haven't done this for Obama?"

Hey, Joe, you've been "vetted out."

ROTFLMAO

No one is going away, now you have your chimp in. It will be 4 more years of bashing a new chimp. We will see how you take it.

Obama's first official act should be to have a secret service swat team on duty 24/7 to make sure that fuck-up Joe the Draft Dodger doesn't get anywhere near the red "fail safe" button.

We will see how you take it.

We took it fine, day after day after day from the day he was elected to today. You conservatives started tearing the country apart with your daily attacks on Clinton over a blow job. Bush was attacked for his attacks on America--Bush has killed more Americans than 911---wasted more money than all Presidents before him---weakened the dollar more than any President---sold us out to China--and on and on and on and on and on.

Still you support him

If Obama does half that stuff, you'll be howling like a banshee---the difference is--liberals will be howling with you. Conservatives only SAY Country First---they don't really mean it.

The reporter clearly is an advocate - a bully. Listen to him. What a condescending POS.

Little wonder why the media is held in such low regard.

crybaby.

Haha...we won....joe the loser lost.

Guess "Joe" will be heading back to his plumbing job now. Nice knowing you Joe, see ya.
Does anyone really think Joe helped McCain???
I never thought he changed a single vote, if anything he was the perfect case of who would benefit from Obama's tax plan. I think he actually helped Obama every time he opened his stupid mouth.

I would not want to be Joe the Dumber right now. Though it is pretty funny that he will now get a tax break in spite of his own stupidity.

If he can get a job that is...

I think the reporter was so effing condescending it was unbelievable. No, this "journalist" wasn't biased at all, was he.

The fact is that Joe is right, whether he articulated it clearly or not. Why would you penalize someone by levying huge taxes on them, when the people that are making money create jobs, buy things, hire people for goods and services, etc?

And why is it that someone who doesn't pay taxes should get money for free in the form of a "refund?"

Think about it this way: If you own an ice cream shop and you're cones sell for $1.00 apiece. On that dollar you're taxed 10 cents. Let's say that all of a sudden your tax is increased to 15 cents. Are you a) going to be satisfied with making 85 cents, or are you going to sell your cones for $1.20 and pass the increase along to the consumer?

Now, instead of cones, substitute oil, electricity, cars, flat screen tvs.

Now, without flying off the handle and flaming me, can someone explain to me how exactly I'm wrong? Just asking an honest question and stating an honest opinion.

"Why would you penalize someone by levying huge taxes on them,"

Perhaps you could share your definition of "levying huge taxes" on them.

"How anyone can take this guy's bullshiat even remotely seriously and still figure out how to tie their own shoes is a complete and utter mystery to Spud."

Many things are a mystery to the frozen tater-brain to the north.

For example why has this obscure plumber been looked into by the press more than the Prez elect?

Well, I believe that the high end of the tax code is around 35%, and I believe I've read the figure of 39.5% if President Obama has his way.

I think that 40% is pretty huge. I, like the hated Joe the Plumber, do not make this kind of money. But I do own a business which caters to these businesses.

I simply believe that if you're an achiever, employ people, make money and spend money, that does not give the US Government the right to punish you for it.

OK, so to clarify, a possible 4% increase is "huge" by your definition. And at least some of that would be offset by health care credits.

that does not give the US Government the right to punish you for it.

Do you recall that small businesses thrived, unemployment was low, and millions of jobs were created in the 1990's under Clinton?

All that is being proposed is to return to the same tax level from that period. Now all of a sudden in will destroy America and our economy.

Why?

>>OK, so to clarify, a possible 4% increase
>>is "huge" by your definition. And at least
>>some of that would be offset by health
>>care credits.

Huge is 40%. As it is, the "rich" already take care of about 90% of the tax burden. That is an undisputed number. You're right, 4% is not necessarily huge, but I would argue that compared to 0%, 4% is pretty significant.

Regarding health care credits, I don't believe that anywhere in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights or anywhere else is Health Care mentioned. I'm not being snide, but instead of adding to the already huge tax burden, why don't we reduce it, and reduce spending? In the video, the CNN "reporter" mentions fire, police, roads, etc., but fails to mention many many other programs, mostly entitlement and earmarks that our Govermnent wastes our money on. If it were just the Fire Department, the Police, the Military and Roads, this might be a different debate.

>>Do you recall that small businesses
>>thrived, unemployment was low, and
>>millions of jobs were created in the
>>1990's under Clinton?

Yes, but one might argue that it wasn't because of President Clinton but rather in spite of him. He wasn't a bad president, but it takes more than one man to make/break an economy. During those years, there were many factors that contributed to the great economy, and I think it's a bit, well, naive to believe that it was because of who was president at the time.

The internet, for example, was one of the contributing factors, welfare reform (which was signed by B.C.), and many other things went really well during the 90s. Unfortunately the next decade had a few problems and were, of course, blamed on President Bush. Don't get me wrong... I am a republican, but I'm well aware of Pres. Bush's shortcomings and mistakes. Hope that we all learned something from them.

I don't think a Tax increase by itself is going to destroy the country, but I think a combination of things and one or two disasters could.

And regarding taxes in general, I believe in principle that anyone at all that is paying taxes should be fairly taxed and not taxed based on "from each, according to his ability" which is what spreading the wealth is.

Just my opinion.

why has this obscure plumber been looked into by the press more than the Prez elect?

~FatFreddy'sKat

Repeating yer fave sound bite from Joe the Dumber?

Gawd, yer thick.

Joe always brings that one up when you try to ask him why EVERYTHING he said in that pre-planned "gotcha" moment with Obama was a total fucking LIE.

Do you really think Obama went unvetted?

After 21 months of intense scrutiny in which oppo researchers from the GOP tried to dig up every piece of dirt on Obama they could find?

With FOX News prepared to air any allegation no matter how unfounded?

Cos if you really believe that you are an utter moron who's become totally disconnected from reality.

Trouble fer the Rtards was that Obama came up squeaky clean so they had to settle fer Plan B, a continual character assination via guilt by association smears. Trouble with that is that their arguments were so obviously weak that only the weak minded and pre-disposed bigots bought into it.

Now, please explain how Joe the former Alaskan with the relative in Wassilla who race snowmobiles with Todd Palin is NOT a GOP plant.

/That oughta be good.

Why he misrepresented himself.

How come a guy, who aint even a licensed plumber, who would obviously benefit under Obama's proposed tax plan as opposed to McCain's, would ask a question about a business that he wasn't prepared to buy, that didn't make the money he sed it did if he wasn't a plant?

Why is still being taken even semi-seriously by the so-called liberal media?

The answer is obvious.

The guy is a plant.

An apparatchek.

A "useful idiot"

But let's really get to the crux of the matter.

The whole "spreading the wealth" thing.

Why do you think allowing more and more money to end up in fewer and fewer hands while the middle class is bled dry and the underclasses are ignored makes America a better, stronger, more moral country?

Rtards speak of punishing the rich.

The reality is that he rich are punishing everybody else and have been fer a while.

Cos they can.

Cos the current sysytem is corrupt as hell and if you can't afford an army of K street lobbyists then the laws written in DC don't get written for you, only against you.

Too much consolidation of wealth into too few hands, just like too much consolidation of media into too few hands is not only undemocratic, and economically unhealthy, and but it's also dangerously stupid and ultimately self defeating.

Did you ever play the game "Monopoly" when you were a kid?

Did you ever wonder why it always ended the same way?

With one rich guy and everybody else broke?

Did you learn nothing from this?

Judging from yer ignorant, squawking, unthoughtful postage Spud's guess is "No".

Tsk tsk.

Be Well.

"Yes, but one might argue that it wasn't because of President Clinton but rather in spite of him."

That is neither here nor there. I'm talking about the state of the economy during his terms, not whether or not he was responsible for it.

The fact remains, the economy was good, there was growth, and tremendous job creation.

>>I'm talking about the state of the
>>economy during his terms, not whether
>>or not he was responsible for it.

That's fine. You're right. However, my point was simply that there were many reasons why the economy was good then, and businesses thrived despite the higher tax rates.

Your original question:
>>All that is being proposed is to
>>return to the same tax level from
>>that period. Now all of a sudden
>>in will destroy America and our
>>economy. Why?

That is not nearly "all that is being proposed." There are many more proposals on the table including this tax increase, but I also believe that during this time it wasn't levied on $250k and up. Capital gains taxes, investment taxes, Bush Tax Cut expiration, and I'm sure other unnamed penalties are on the way. This is NOT going to be good for the economy, though like the 90s we MAY as individual Americans survive and perhaps even thrive by keeping ourselves afloat.

As it is, the "rich" already take care of about 90% of the tax burden. That is an undisputed number.

No, that's not an "undisputed number"

That's a Rtard talking point and like most Rtard talking points it's an out and out lie.

First off, businesses pay taxes.

Are they all "rich"?

Aren't 66% of all jobs in the US created by small or medium sized business?

Low income people may not pay very much if any income taxes but everybody pays sales tax.

If you look at the total tax burden paid by all and then if you look at all the loopholes the "rich" and the most profitable corporations use to avoid paying their taxes, yer sound bite shows itself to be the canard it is.

The powers that be have invested a lot of time and effort into making idiots like yerself vote for their agenda and against your own interst year after year aafter year.

When are you gonna open yours and see this?

Spud aint holding his breath in yer case.

Just saying.

Be Well.

yours = your eyes

Be Well.

Now now, Spud, no need to call me names. I'm trying to have an honest dialog here, and I don't think that I'm a Rtard and I'm certainly not an idiot.

The poor pay nothing. The middle class and up pay everything. Sorry, but you're wrong.

He was right. The mainstream media didn't question any of barry's past or his promises during the election.

You got a point, Sniper. There wasn't a single story about Rev. Wright, Rezko, Ayers, Obama's "present" votes in Illinois, or anything else from his past. I'll bet most voters have never even heard those names before.

LOL, Montecore.

(Sniper: That's "president-elect barry" to you, mofo)

President Obama. President Barack Obama. Nice ring to it.

You forgot the middle name.

Joe should have realized CNN was receiving several tens of millions in TV advertising from the Obama 'campaign'. He was attacking Ricky's bonus.

Maybe Joe should have bitch slapped Ricky on air. Wouldn't that mean Ricky was 'powned'.

He could have head butted him with that weird shaped and oversized skull of his. If my head was shaped like that I would grow as much hair as I could to try to hide it. I might even consider wearing a wig or coming up with an excuse to wear a helmet of some sort.

You sound very vain. Perhaps you should consider getting a dose of self-confidence
