On several lines, it states the numbers are listed in dollars, which suggests other currencies are also in play, meaning other countries where, I'd imagine, they also pay income taxes. Where does it say all income taxes were paid to the US?

Well, did you see Exon paid a record of 13 billion dollars in taxes? Now that won't trickle down because Congress will spend 110% of it. But you could vote for Obama and after he raises taxes on those making, what it is now...$120k....he keeps changing it, then you could maybe expect a $500 check. Worry not, if there is any excess he will be more than able to spend it.

There is a good idea, that would really help pay for health care! Why should we be beholden to such a small group of people who have a direct effect on our national security?

The oil barrens are bad for the economy, and you can't be a world power and have a good military and a bad economy. Ergo, they are bad for our national security. Therefore, oil companies should be nationalized to control profits, boost the economy and put money into the treasury.
