Does not sound that different from Obama's plan to attack Pakistan.

Wot, you mean like THIS...

Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. drone strikes on Pakistani territory are undermining the government's efforts to isolate terrorists from the local population in tribal regions bordering Afghanistan, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said.
"Such acts are counterproductive and help terrorists to strengthen their position," Gilani told reporters late yesterday
The same day the US strikes Syria, allegedly killing 8 civilians, there is also a strike in Pakistan allegedly killing 20 "insurgents".
In point of fact, Obama's remarks on taking military action in the FATA region of Pakistan was predicated on the idea that believable, actionable intelligence regarding Bin Laden's hidey hole location was in US possesion and that the Pakistan government refused to take action or assist fer wotever reasons.
The remark spoke specifically to BushCo's deliberate insistance on leaving Bin Laden at large (despite all assurances to the contrary) in order to allow them to continue their fear and war mongering and endless occupation.
It spoke to Bush's EPIC FAILURE in that regard.
Bush deliberately allowed Bin Laden to escape at Tora Bora the same way he allowed the 9/11 terrorists to slam planes into the WTCs and the Pentagon.
Spud thinks the Pakistani President has a point when he sez these actions only make his job harder and the terrorist recruiters job easier.
That sed, leaving the AQ a safe haven in Pakistan that allows them to perpetually send troops over the border back into Afghanistan and into Iraq is not tolerable.
Wot do you think?
Or do ya?
Be Well.
