Soooo many serious problems-and this is how they tackle them....

At least the lawyers will make good money.

Here is a suggestion for the scotus to consider;

Is it illegal to swindle america out of 700 billion?

everybody that voted for it are guilty of either; 1)criminal ignorance or 2)criminal collusion or 3)Fraud w/intent to profit or 4)Malfeasance.

in addition, the headline should be:

SUPREMES BAN PHARMACUETICAL COMPANIES FROM USING MASCOTS TO PEDDLE THEIR SHIT.

"Soooo many serious problems-and this is how they tackle them...."

It is not the job of the Supreme Court to "tackle serious problems." That is the job of the legislature and the President. The Supreme Court's job is to interpret and uphold the Constitution. The question of federal pre-emption is important for many reasons that a moron like you would not understand.
