Larry-when they announced finding ID documents only, I wondered the same thing, though we now know passports can survive massive plane crashes unharmed...

He supposedly had a mistress so highly likely. Maybe He got tired of the first staged His disappearance and hooked up with the Second. You would think an extremely avid pilot would not fuck up this badly.

He got boocoo buckaroos. He might have some stashed somewheres so His current wife doesn't get the money. Hell if I were to stage a disappearance I'd probably do the same exact thing. Of course I ain't too bright. I'd probably get caught using My real name instead of an alias. So it would do Me no good to try it.

Fossett likely strayed into restricted airspace, such as Groom Lake. (Groom Lake is the geographical name for the zone that the U.S. Government calls Area 51.) He apparently survived the crash, but the Defense Department Goonsquad probably scoured the countryside and found him after his plane went down. He's probably dead, and his body will be found with a mysterious hole in it, just like former Secretary Treasurer Ron Brown. If he's NOT dead, then he's in a 6x6 concrete room wishing that he died.

His body, IF he had crashed, could easily have been dragged away by coyotes and wolves, but there would have been something left as far as jet parts strewn around. Did he have no black box or GPS on his plane?

Seems likely his flight bag had all those materials found. I am sure a bear or other scaveneger grabbed it looking for food. I find it hard to believe Fossett walked from the crash site to where the items were found. I lived up in Mammoth for 5 years. Got lost many times and have been chased by bears. There really isn't much by way of marked trails or roads. Just about 5000 lakes and rivers to navigate.

Simple explanation is he had a heart attack or stroke and was unconscious or dead at the controls while he wasn't that old he wasn't young either.

It was described as a high impact crash, one that destoyed the plane and probably the pilot. So, did some animals cart off the body? Unlikley that the entire body was dragged off. Where is it?

Sure, it would appear that Fossett's plane crashed at high speed into the side of a mountain, but it's actually all a part of Bush's diabolical plans.

Pieces of the Fosset person were found in the wreckage. Bears and cougars failed to eat the remains. A straight in has such impact that such a fragile this as humans disintegrate. Fosset is here, there and some right here.

He hit a mountain head on. This wasn't a crash landing. In a head on crash the body does not disappear without a trace unless it left the plane before impact. There are bears and cougars, but they typically don't lick the plate that clean.

By the way, a Bellanca is a vintage, single engine light airplane. I'd assume he had a Bellanca Viking which has a top ground speed of approximately 195 mph. For a single engine plane it's considered high performance, but it's not a jet.

If there are no pieces of him in the plane, he wasn't flying it when it whit the hill. Rapture?

investigation, with severity of impact may
be inconclusive. Engine is fairly intact.
Some remains sent to coroner for DNA.

As far as parts are concerned-remember that A-10 that went missing back in the day-they never found anything believable as debris.
