The only possible question is whether Obama might have gained Indonesian citizenship from his stepfather or Kenyan citizenship from his birth father. He was never formally adopted by the former. And, even were he to have dual citizenship, he would have had to affirmatively reject US citizenship, something a child cannot do. He may be eligible to be a dual-national, which is perfectly legal, and in no way a disqualification.

And, by the way, since she was born to a US Citizen mother (who had been in the US relatively recently), Maya Soetoro, born in Indonesia and also an Indonesian citizen (at least at birth), IS a natural-born US citizen, and is also eligible to be president.

I don't think Obama is in jeopardy, honestly, but even if this does rattle on for a few weeks and die, then one could ask as an Obama supporter WHAT THE FUCK HAVE PELOSI AND REID BEEN DOING??? She was a glorified housewife that has co-opted her husbands experience.

She got to the senate in 2001 with no previous Govt experience (except first lady of USA and ARK); Obama in 2005 with 8 years of state legislative experience. This is were he learned to compromise and get important legislation thru instead of being stubborn and not getting anything done.

This experience will make things happen. And if he does it inclusively the dems will not need a super majority to be successful.

Possibly not. However, it is VERY unlikely that this could be true because:

1. There is no record of Obama's mother leaving the country.
2. Even if Obama was born over there, you can't bring a baby back into the country without a passport. One of my co-workers is married to a German woman. She had the baby in Germany and they couldn't bring the baby back into the country for weeks while they waited to get the baby's passport.

And, in fact, I can tell you that it doesn't happen as verified by a gentleman sitting right down the hall.

the reason the judge denied the temporary restraining order was that Berg had no prooof or documentaion for his claims, none at all, just un-named sources including the un-named experts that claim they examined the birth certificate (no one other than FackCheck.org showed up to examine them, evidently they looked at a pooorly scanned copy from the internet. The court gave Berg time to document and submit any proof or his credentials, this not yet been done. Don't hold your breadth, those believing Berg will pass out and possiblt die if they hold their breadth.
