Well, here's a summation of the evidence concerning Obama's citizenship. www.obamacrimes.com
It seems a little early to challenge him since his name has not been filed with the Secretaries of State as he has not yet been nominated.
There are two allegations in the suit. The first is that he was born in Kenya (a matter to which his paternal relatives supposedly attest), and a delayed birth certificate was filed for him in Hawaii.
This charge is fortified by the claim that there is no evidence of his birth in any hospital in Hawaii.
The second count is that even if he were a citizen, he renounced his citizenship. This would be a seemingly specious charge since I doubt if he had the capacity to renounce his citizenship at age five or six, when he went to live in Indonesia as a Muslim, enrolled as one in school in Indonesia, and retaining that identity to age 10 or 11, but there are supervening actions that may make this a valid point of contention.
What may be a ratification of the renunciation is the allegation that Obama travelled to Pakistan in 1981 - on an Indonesian passport. If so, he was a mature adult, who ratified his assumption of Indonesian citzienship, which entailed abandonment of his United States citizenship, by his use of an Indonesian passport describing his nationality.
Uh, oh.
The man who filed the lawsuit is a Clinton operative, former state official, and Democratic Party functionary, and the like, a serious person.
The Clintons are resilient people. Don't count them out. Hillary may rise like the phoenix from the ashes. The fat lady hasn't sung yet.
