it's a translation from a foreign language into English done by an online translating site. that's the only thing I can think of. computer translators never get it right. of 'course that means I have no clue what that poster was trying to say. translate it into whatever 2nd language you know and see if it makes sense. I always go to the website below when I'm trying to say something witty in Spanish to our Mexican vendors.
