Well, this is early on in the game, and nothing definitive has occurred.
McCain is not a person with charisma nor a particularly impressive intellect. But he is a man with some grounding in American values rather than being a fringe kook, which is what defines Obama.
Obama has taken positions that gained him the support of leftwingers who together with his clustered unquestioning core black constituency, and with the complicity of the media, which did dnot disclose information that would have had a negative effect on the Obama campaign, acted synergistically to secure his nomination, unsuitable as he is for the office.
After all, remember Obama's roots. He "swore an oath" to black liberation theology as a rite in joining Rev. Wright's "cult" of grievance collectors, who hate-America, hate-whitey, and hate-Jews. Obama thrived in this milieu for more than 20 years, and had his beliefs constantly reinforced in mutual exchanges with other members of the cult.
Obama acted out his beliefs as a belligerent community organizer, mobilizing blacks on the basis of racial affiliation, and demanding extortionate payoffs from the white community as an alternative to threatened violence.

Think of the Obama mentality. Blacks living in America today have justifiable grievances that justify their continuing and unabated hostility to whites (and Asians and other successful people). Blacks have "a right" to secure payoffs from whites and others, or else to disrupt the functioning and productivity of the greater community. Blacks have entitlements including special programs, and also in competitive enterprise to preset business setasides, contracts without regard to qualification, preference in being hired for employment, and preferred access to college.
I was prepared to enumerate other points, but this should stand alone and not be diluted by being lost is an abundance of other verbiage.
Obama is a product of the ghetto mentality and has a ghetto view of the world, which entails blacks as grievance collectors, whose situation is a result of the action of others and from which they are exculpated of any responsibility.
Blacks are entitled to special privilege and special benefits in perpetuity, and other Americans must pay them. These benefits involve preferences, and special programs, and liberal welfare programs for "the oppressed."
There are also special programs to enrich self-anointed black leaders, whose foundations such as Rev. Sharpton's, support a buffoon, and have not been subjected to audits that are otherwise mandatory.
Then there are gifts such as those extorted by Rev.Jesse (Shakedown) Jackson for given to his relatives and cronies, such as beer distributorships because ... well, just because.
Obama, who has received personal monetary payoffs is just a Jesse Jackson type, but not quite as overt. The ghetto mentality is there. The ghetto belief system is there. The grievance collection, the unscrupulous tactics and threats, the claimed and demanded entitlements and preferences are there. And this is all without any true recognition of the role of the black community in perpetuating its own situation either through lack of abilities or a dependency mentality generated by white liberals.
Remember that the ghetto outlook, the black liberation theology to which he took a solemn oath, is an intrinsic part of Obama's psyche. You can take the boy out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the boy.
