Probably depends on the Libertarian. I would think every Libertarian would agree that the government should act against child abuse. They aren't Anarchists. But maybe not all consider this a real form of abuse (I do because kids are mean as hell and naming your kid "Jughead" or something similar is going to cause your child years of torment).

I've voted for Libertarians (and Republicans and Democrats) but I'm not a member of any party.
