Hatfill deserves ten times that amount. For some reason I clearly remember the witch hunt they put this poor guy through and ruined his life while doing so.

I remember seeing him on tv standing on some steps before a slew of reporters denying any and all connection to anthrax. He seemed like an honorable guy, believeable, and not a shred of proof was offered by the Bush hit squad which even remotely linked anthrax to this guy but Bush was then heading us into his full "war on terror" alert mode and didn't care whose life he ruined.

Always also thought it sooooo odd that not a single Republican politician on the Hill had an anthrax threat and/or odd white powder sent in unmarked packages to their office. Anthrax scares were only sent to the offices occupied by Democrats.

This is what happens when the Justice Department is Politicized, the incompetence of the Leadership of this country is frightning. In term of long term damage Osama Ben Laden did nothing to this Country that is even close to the damage that the Bush Administration has done to our Country.
