No he wasn't... So what? He was extremely important to the group, and maybe could have planned the next "9/11." Al Qaeda is weaker now that he is dead, and the world is a better place. All good news right?

About time! It is sad, but these terrorists have no respect for anyone but themselves and what they believe is Allah. No, actually the majority of the people who were responsible for 9/11 are dead or in custody. Bin Laden and Zawahiri are still at large and are unfortunately protected by the savage mud people of Pakistan/Afghanistan, but they'll eventually be caught. There is no way they can hide forever.

That's true to a degree, but for over a decade some of them were able to become experts in tactics and training without fear of capture or death... over the course of the last 7 years or so we have been slowly (too slowly, but still) taking them out... that type of experience and training isn't easily replaced, and Al Qaeda as a group is weakened because of it.
