The scariest part of the whole "Iraq War Fiasco" is that the majority of Americans,who were against this war from the very start,had absolutely no power whatsoever,in stopping the Bush Regime from instigating and perpetrating this war.

You get your ass out of there, and you spend some time with a really good lawyer before you open up, is what you do. You're dealing with people who can pull sufficient strings to get you brought up on trumped-up charges, discredited, plant a scandal on you, whatever. And that's what McClellan did.

No intelligent, patriotic American would have supported Bush much less stayed in the administration. Personally, I am glad McClellan wrote the book but it doesn't magicly turn him into an ethical or patriotic American. VN did zilch about communism. China is still communist, Cuba is still communist, NK is still communist, VN is still communist. Dictatorships of the left and right collapse of their own ineffectiveness and corruption. See Argentina, Chile, Philipines, for examples from the right. Cuba is sliding and one lifted trade embargo from democracy.

Russia's economic collapse got rid of communism in the USSR, at least temporarily. Nothing to do with VN.
