Its because even though the court had to follow the law, they couldn't in good conscience order those children back into that cult of pedophilia and child abuse.

Remember, those people put the rules of their religion ahead of the safety of their own children when they wouldn't even admit to the police how old anyone was.

It took the Mary McMartin Day Care Center accussed more than 5 years to get out of prison for allegedly molesting children and holding Satan Worship Ceremonies in the bathroom. Even College graduates believed bullshit obviously made up by deranged social workers within another "Child Protective Services Agency".

The propensity of Judges and Juries to believe "wouldn't be here unless they were guilty" trumps facts and logic. Of course coaching 3 or 4 year old witnesses has a lot to do with the easily proven prosecutorial fraud. Nothing can stop an ammoral prosecutor from gaining the upper hand.

Its not the definition of marriage that is the issue, it is the legal system.

I doubt those kids were getting abused. From what I have seen in interviews the parents were raising incredibly well mannered and well behaved kids that have a high moral standard. That is a rarity today especially with the gangsta negro influence in our modern culture.

In addition, the kids are receiving a far superior education than they would have received under public education with all the emphasis on brainwashing our youth to celebrate diversity instead of focusing on the fundalmentals such as math, science and proper english language useage.

I hope the State of Texas is sued for their actions and most importantly the negro wench from colorado that inspired the raid with her bogus and extraordinary lie of child abuse...Alledgely.

I said in the beginning that this raid --taking children --was facist.

There has to be a better way to protect children other than ripping them from the family.

If there are problems with some of the children--then those issues have to be addressed, prosecuted and dealt with by the law.

Polygamy is illegal.

But the CA courts found a way for gay marriage to be legal out of nothing in the CA State Constitution--so why not polygamy?

I don't think it is about sex however in the state of TX they were breaking many of the child sex laws.

There might not be any proof but when a 17 year old girl has a 2 year old child I think most of us can do the math. That girl had sex at 15 maybe even 14, that is well below the age of consent in TX therefore a crime was comited.
