I've said this THREE different times on different threads -- why aren't the larger countries like the U.S., Europe, Russia, and others demanding that the corrupt Burmese officials stop stealing the aid/supplies we've flown in and demand they give it to their own starving storm victims? Even if we have to go in and kick butt to do it I could care less about offending Burma's government officials.

They've taken all the food and supplies donated so far by other countries and put it in warehouses and refuse to hand it out. At first they would not even accept help from any other countries. That's tantamount to murder. There are more storms expected. Why are we so "afraid" to butt in on Burma's business but we sure have no problem kicking butt and butting in everywhere else.

All I hear about now is China's earthquake victims. Yes, I'm sorry China suffered but they have more than enough trillions of dollars (mostly by profits via free trade with us) and plenty of manpower to help themselves. The Burmese people are dying in storm-isolated villages and need help NOW. Disease and starvation are running rampant over there.

Way more than 100 lost their lives as Bush flew over Katrina's devastation a week later and smiled down and waved hello from 30,000 feet in the air as the victims cried for help from the rooftops of their homes surrounded by the putrid flood water of the broken levees.
