With Obama as the nominee, the electoral college at the moment is Obama 260 to McCain 254 with 24 ties. With Hillary Clinton as the nominee, it is Clinton 289 to McCain 239 with 10 ties. Thus for the moment, her argument that she is more electable is true.

Either dem would be better for the country than four more years of Bush McCain.

I think McCain is going to lose to the Grim Reaper.

I think you have a good shot at being correct. I doubt seriously that McCain could make it through a four year term, and might not even make it to the election. Every day is risky at his age, so whoever his runing mate turns out to be should be the one considered to really be the President by the end of McCains term if he should win.

Fortunately, he is behind in the national polls to both Clinton and Obama.

provided a miracle occurs, you may be right.

however, you should probably get used to saying "president mccain" and not because i'll be voting for him. but, people are not nearly as stupid as most of the left takes them for.

this will be all i'm saying on the party cooler matter.

g'night, bluffalo.

people are not nearly as stupid as most of the left takes them for.

HAHAHAHAHA No .. they are even MORE stupid than originally thought They elected Bush twice!! The same dolts responsible for that incompetent hack being in the White House are the ones taking the "bitter" issue and the flag pins seriously.

What a pathetic group. lol

What a garbage polling org. What's the matter boOb don't want to reveal the truth?

rasmussenreports.com

Don't choke you hack, but here is from Ramussen, certainly higher ranked the "VotefromAbroad".org....(WHO?)

McCain is viewed favorably by 56% and unfavorably by 40%. Obama's ratings are 47% favorable and 51% unfavorable. For Clinton, those numbers are 45% favorable, 53% unfavorable

Great news for Hillary. This shows she is the greatest candidate ever!
Obama wins too? Oh, that poll doesn't count.

*Corky

Can we stop the poll nonsense please. We have been seeing big distortions almost hourly depending on whos polling.

well I will try to put together some sort of sentence here but its pretty tough being so fuckin stupid and all that. but lets try.
so this poll says they beat mccain. I just saw a report on tv that says that mccain would beat both of them in electoral votes and it was presented by karl rove, who is TOO FUCKIN SMART FOR EVERY ONE OF YOU.....witness...TWO WINNING CAMPAIGNS.....

but I agree with his point. forget numbers.....mccain has been almost forgotten about in media and ALL of the spotlight has been on the two dweebs....he should be WAY behind and he ISNT.....
so as always, the question is begged.....is this poll put out by BBOB....is it the same people who told us that john kerry was the next president at about 6 pm on that day in november????

(and now lets sit back and read liberals in action. IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE DR, here is where liberal posters attack me with a vengence because I have the gall to write karl rove on this site and then they will attack him...BUT THEY WONT COMMENT ON THE ISSUE....lets watch.)

I have the gall to write karl rove on this site

Karl Rove, Isn't he the guy who when it was looking bad for his party before the elections of '06 claimed he had his own 'special' numbers?

The'special' numbers that Chimpy clung to forecasting GOP gains in Congress?

That Karl Rove?

I think McCain is going to lose to the Grim Reaper.

Psst. Do you know Ponce de Leon? Can any of us secure an exemption?

Are you planning to get a bye, Dumb? How do you go about it?

Dumb_as_Rocks is that you on the infomercials hawking an elixir for sale?

Even at his age i think McCain could obamas ass soundly in a fist fight. Obama looks like a pussy.

The current world average life span is around 67 years

The numbers for the US are around 73.

John McCain is 71

The Grim Reaper might as well be McCain VP.

yes zap...thats the one and he is also the same one who won two elections including one that many here said couldnt be won. but hey.....even babe ruth struck out every now and then....
and I know you wont believe this but I dont make every putt I look at either.
sometimes the magic works and sometimes it doesnt,

and on meet the press....axelrod and garin are goin at it.
I just love it when dems begin to eat their own.

thats the one
~BL2

Where is Rove anyway?

He strikes out and gets relegated to the bench?

Hiding in some cave hiding with bin laden perhaps.

mccain has been smart enough to include his healthy, vigorous mother in the campain. i think she's 96.

just showing off his genetics

i think she's 96.

I'd stay away from numbers if I were you Vern.

Yup his Mom has gotten well past the average.

His Grandfather died at 61 and his Dad at 70 both short of average.

Rasmussen was part of the polling dUmMy. Read something before you open your mouth. Life is much easier that way.

DavetheWave

OH yeah--and VoteFromAbroad was a simple avertising banner on the site---not the name of the site. The name of the site is electoral-vote.com. Just like the link says duMMy.

What your report says boOb, if you bothered to read it, is that Obama is barley ahead of McCain. 269 to 254 with 15 ties. Statistically insignificant.

Face it, the closet Louis Farrakan supporter is the dem shoe in. The dem's would have a much better chance with Clinton/McCain. Speaking of dummies, Obama's running commercials saying that Pennsylvania's economy is in "shambles".

Where does he get this horse shit???

DavetheWave

If you read the heading on this thread, the Obama lead is acknowledged DummY.

Indeed, Especially since He's got nothing but same, same...

Zap,

I'm certainly no McCain fan, but just commenting on the tactic, which is smart. Preserve your resources, and leak a story every few days just to remind people you're still there -- like the Lieberman story.

Meanwhile, Hillary! and Osama continue to Rove each other. Whoever finally wins is greatly weakened. And it was done with Dem money.

I'm sure the families of the 130 sailors he killed on the Forrestal won't be voting for him.

130? He's a piker. Muslims just like me killed 3,000 on 911!
Sincerely,
Barry Hussien

Unless you can fix the war, gas prices, and the economy in general what is McSame going to run on, "If you like the last 8 you'll love the next 4"?

Abortion, flag burning, and even terrorism take a back seat when your worried about money.

zap.....you may have to retract your statement about more of the same
barryhussein JUST ENDORSED JOHN MCCAIN>..
he just said that mccain would be better than bush......ha ha.....no seriously....he did...and doesnt THAT counter his own argument that mccain is bush again?????

so was it a wise move to say that?

and you have to admit it.....the most interesting political cycle I have ever seen.......

he just said that mccain would be better than bush.....
~BUSHLOVERTWO

So would...........YOU!

Bah. This cycle has nothing on '68. That was some sweet stuff.

and interesting story in houston paper today talking about all of the super elite delegates jumping the clinton ship.
one that clinton people mentioned was the defection of john kerry. it was clinton who campaigned for kerry even though he had just gotten out of the hospital from the heart surgery....

Unless you can fix the war, gas prices, and the ... blah, blah, blah

Funny, in a pathetic way. You're so distressed by the Hillary & Osama show that you can't see good strategy when it's right in front of you.

What's John-boy gonna run on? Hell, I don't know. The general is months away and I probably won't vote cuz I'll be out of the country. Kind of a blessing, that. I don't like any of these clowns.

I don't have any faith in the poll accuracy. Depending on how you ask the question, you can achieve the results you want. So what does that mean? Well, it means most of the pre-election polls are worthless. The only one that counts is the one on election day.

Hillary Clinton's undeclared status of new spokesman Jay Carson voter's registration

Ah, if only the election were held today, when most Republicans haven't even been paying attention! Neither have the light-weight independents, who will decide this election based on their own, short-term self-interest, as they always do. They'll break late for McCane because they don't want higher taxes and because Obomba will make 32 major mistakes between then and now, at least 3 of which they would have noticed. Republicans will vote for McCane because of the War and taxes. A big chunk of Clinton voters will stay home, crying "unfair".
