Drudge Retort: Red Meat for Yellow Dogs

Okay, this is definitely the weirdest "politician sings" vid EVAR!! Mike Gravel ex-Dem candidate fer POTUS and now Libertarian candidate fer same gets waaaay trippy here. The guy who brought us the infamous "Rock" campaign ad has kicked it up a notch, broken on through to the other size and given us all wot may well be the ultimate in zaniness this election season. The singing style is oddly reminiscent of William Shatner with a touch of William S. Burroughs. If yer a fan of the mondo bizarre in general and Beatles covers in particular this is a MUST SEE. In point of fact, it's anti MIC message is all too real and scary but the delivery of same is not wot you'd expect from a modern pol. No more explanations just click the fugging link.

Much more political and much more effective.

Bono still thinks that all his efforts at getting Dumbya to fergive African debt wasn't so that BushCo's buddies could reap millions with their thoroughly immoral Vulture Funds.

Prolly even imagines that BushCo AID to Africa won't line the pockets of BushCo's fundie fucksticks buddies.

Bono's a sweet guy and all but totally naive in terms of America politics.

Be Well.

Gravel should do Barry McGuire's "Eve of Destruction."
