Judge Reggie Wallmart says: "But just as the First Amendment is a fundamental component of the American system, so too is the rule of law."
Why then hasn't this judge or any of his officious colleagues applied this sacrosanct "Rule of Law" to Bush and Cheney who "illegally" outed CIA'er Valerie Plame??? Can Judge Reggie even discern the meaning of the word "Hypocrite"???

Your question answers itself doesn't it? Since as you say, no judge has come to such a ruling, perhaps Bush and Cheney didn't "illegally" out a CIA agent... perhaps you just wish they did.

Yes, I have to agree. Bush had something to do with it.

Hatfill invented a new electric car which got 150 m.p.g. in comparison to gas.

LOL! Could happen.

Army privates and reporters are accountable, but the ATF, FBI, CIA, CDC, and White House are not. That's how any Oligarchy works.

This case is some real crap just based on the facts of evidence itself.

This Judge is way out of line. Expect this ruling to be reversed on appeal very quickly. I would not be surprised if it gets overturned Monday.

Judge Reggie B. Walton assumed his position as a United States District Judge for the District of Columbia on October 29, 2001, after being nominated to the position by President George W. Bush...

kinda explains it all.

Still no arrests in the anthrax terror attacks OR the multiple NY bombings?

You're doing a heck of a job Cherty...
