One of the magazines in the check out line at yhe grocery store this morning had a beautiful portrait of britney and her two sons.

In the center was britney and on her right was her oldest son with a confused but aware look on his face. On her left was her youngest son who was distracted and completely unaware, looking off into the distance.

For some reason that photo stirred up a lot of sympathy in my heart for britney, she is a human being after all.

On what planet you you live? Every celebrity of any note has a pre-written obit with all the major news services and networks. It's standard operating procedure, and has been for decades. The Spears obit effort at AP is just the way it's done. She has probably had a very brief, standard one on file for some years, and now they're re-doing it to bring it in line with the scale of the tragedy she's about to become. Think Anna Nicole, Part II- it'll be a huge story for the trailer-trash set.

Again, this is SOP. How do you think newspapers and TV shows have so many details at their fingertips the instant someone famous dies? Sheesh.
