So 2.3% of those who fled the country have returned. And why? Because its now such a great place to live?

And just a few months back there was another story about tens of thousands returning as well...

Apparently things have gotten SO bad in Iraq that tens of thousands are coming back just to see the carnage... Because God knows it can't be because things are improving.

Read the article Rob. The 46,000+ are the cumulative total for the past few months. Not in addition to "tens of thousands" of others. And I refer you again to the quote from the head of the Iraqi Red Crescent as to why most of them are returning.

There is certainly some good news from Iraq these days - mostly militarily. But this is not an example of that good news. Don't make yourself look foolish by latching on to this as some great dramatic return of the exiles.
