Within hours of the murder, there were scenes of network reporters talking about a "crime scene" with Pakistanis dancing all around. No tape, no attempt to seal off, nothing, zip, zero, zilch. And there was even one televised story (sorry, a la BLT, don't recall the network) with a reporter holding a bullet and saying it had "just" been discovered at the scene.

If it's a coverup, it's also a fuckup.

Oh, sorry, there's a term of art that fits: clusterfuck.

I have always thought of Clusterfucks as unintended.

This one however seems to almost have been orchestrated.

Perhaps not the murder itself but beyond reasonable doubt the response to the murder.

We have no idea who killed her and we won't know. It could have been any of the resistance groups, Musharraf or even the US or Israel. Everybody has something to gain by killing her.

What's interesting is that she was riding in an armored car. As I understand it, she popped her head above the sun roof for a very short time when she was popped. It's like the whole thing was planned in advance. How did they know she would do that? Or where she would do it? Maybe there were assassins along the route?
