Too bad....someone oughta close the door....

Uh-Oh!

I guess we'll be seeing more strip malls blown up and more rapes by the 'terrrrrists'.

Who does this make the lowest Republican?

Probably Congressman Duncan Hunter.

From what little I know, they are both similar in their positions.

Alan Keyes can do crazy all by himself, he doesn't need Tancredo backup.

Congressman Duncan Hunter.

Yeah, God forbid that both Hunter and Tancredo believe in U.S. sovereignty, a nation with borders (as nations without borders cease to be nations) and obeying the rule of law. Who do they think they are anyway?

Tancredo never planned on being President. He only ran to make sure the huge subject of illegal immigration was going to be an issue in this election and that the politicians couldn't just shove it aside and pretend it wasn't there like they have been trying to do. No longer. Tancredo and the American people have made sure it got noticed and it's in the top 3-4 top main issues in the country today. These sleezy politicians now HAVE to talk about it. Tancredo got exactly what he wanted and now he is stepping aside.

further proof that a truly good man will never again make it into the tainted house. yes, hunter will be next and then all the glory hogs can just fight it out over the run.

i love this guy - if only he'd had personality.

Nanc-
Who was the last one?

My prediction:

Hunter, Thompson, and McCain will drop out before the convention.

There will be no clear winner the result will be a brokered convention between Guiliani, Romney, Huckabee, and Paul.

Another one bites the dust...

More room for Ron!

Thanks for playing T-squared!

I like Ron Paul but he doesn't stand a chance.

HUGE money is riding in this election to get in an open borders globalist to push thru the NAU.

What do you think was part of the reason for letting in millions of illegals from Mexico -- on purpose? To push thru the NAU. We are going to merge with Canada and Mexico. Hunter and Tancredo tried to warn you all.

Still don't believe it -- especially you Canadians?

Check out this link where Canada has authorized letting thru the NAU NAFTA Superhighway -- which shows on the map (in the link) there be 3 inland "ports" -- in Kansas City, Kansas, San Antonio, TX, and one other spot. (We no longer have "cities" I guess -- now we are reduced to being called "ports")

The agenda of the NAU is for nothing but to destroy the sovereignty of Canada and the U.S Of course Mexico is thrilled because they get the best deal with an NAU because they now get to shove 150 million more of their poorest and most uneducated and unskilled out of their country into Canada and the U.S. for us to take care of.

Tancredo tried to warn you. It is happening now. You saw Bush open up the borders for those Mexican trucks -- all a part of destroying our borders forever.

Whoever is for the NAU is a true traitor to their country -- whether they be Canadians or Americans.

CANADA OKAYS GRID EXTENSION FOR NAU'S SUPERHIGHWAY

And you still won't believe the U.S. and Canada are being stripped of all their sovereignty for the corporate boys to plunder? Wake up.

Two hateful pricks. Good riddance, in spite of the fact that they provide an excellent reason for moderates to avoid the repub party.

And your spreading peace and love?

Duckman, a brokered convention, if only! That would be great! It would be a real convention and not a coronation like in years past. That is the way conventions should be.

It's weird that Tancredo is dropping out before the Iowa caucuses. I guess he wants an excuse for how low his support will be among the voters.

Tancredo and the American people have made sure it got noticed and it's in the top 3-4 top main issues in the country today.

Among Republicans, sure. But how many Democratic primary voters would rank illegal immigration among the top five issues facing this country?

Immigration is the top issue to only about 10% of Republican voters. Iraq and the economy draw about 35-40% each.

More room for Ron!

Paul is drawing about a third of the support of the wax effigy of recently deceased Fred Thompson. His Hollywood animatronics may be good, but come on now.

Wrong. Not any more.
All the recent polls have voters concern about the Iraq war falling behind concern about the economy, health care and illegal immigration. Domestic concerns have become more important to voters.

Below is an article from the liberal National Public Radio (NPR). Illegal immigration is right up there in the top 3-4 issues worrying American voters the most this coming election. It is higher in concern than the Iraq war while the economy is their biggest concern. Stagnant wages go hand in hand with illegal immigration because the influx of cheap illegal labor by the millions surpresses the wages of Americans -- particularly the lower working class who are usually the Democrat base.

This issue now touches voters in both parties. There are many more links to other articles saying the same thing but this is a more liberal source so I put this one down.

Iraq War Fades as Issue in Election

Day to Day, December 6, 2007 The reported decrease in violence in Baghdad may be having an effect on politics at home. Some reports have shown that Iraq has become less of an issue in the presidential campaign.

Congressional representatives say concerns about Iraq remain, but the war is not the only top-tier issue among voters. Many have turned their focus to domestic issues such as health care, energy, the mortgage crisis and immigration.

Republican Rep. James Walsh, a veteran congressman from Syracuse, N.Y., and Jerry McNerney, a first-term Democrat from California's Central Valley, talk about what's on the minds of their constituents.

Tancredo supporters in Colorado will, hopefully, move over to Paul

I think TANK-redo will cash his contribution checks and fly poste-haste to the Minneapolis airport - the heat's off, so he hears.

"Tancredo supporters in Colorado will, hopefully, move over to Paul"

Both of them?

I guess his supporters will have to get back in their minivan and head home.

Tancredo got the message Ron Paul left with Kuchinich's brother.
The Fightin' Four Percenter's plan: we can win if everybody else drops out.

Ron Paul 2008:"'Cause 8 years of a crazy Republican in the White House Just Ain't Enough"

Rumors that Tancredo might run for Senate in Colorado, next year I think. That would be interesting, having a hardline on illegal immigration on the senate to counterweight McCain who is so pro amnesty.

Tancredo endorses Romney?

Pahaha..

Tancredo donated $500 to the Paul campaign. This is a moral dilemma. Should Ron give the donation back?

Is there any way that Huckleberry, Ghouliani and McCain will be able to withstand the bump Romney will receive now that Tancredo has endorsed Romney?

This just in: A new CNN poll has released the figures (post-Tancredo withdrawal). Romney's numbers in a nationwide survey have jumped from 14% in last week's poll to an astonishing 14.00000000000000000000000001% in this week's poll. Romney campaign people are eagerly awaiting the endorsements resulting from the withdrawal of Duncan Hunter and Fred Thompson which could vault their numbers to well over 14.0000000000000000003%.

Caught me off guard. FF

My guess is that Tancredo and CalifChris have the same papa that taught them to hate Mexicans.

You are an idiot...travel the world and see the threats you stupid fagot.

But you love GWB and what he's done for us ?

And I guess you're not homophobic ?

As soon as I tell the people I meet that I am not a supporter of the ridiculous and laughable GW Bush, they couldn't be friendlier, no matter which country I visit. Maybe if we were involved with countries in positive ways on the official level, they wouldn't want to blow us up.

"Maybe if we were involved with countries in positive ways on the official level, they wouldn't want to blow us up."

I realize what you're trying to say Midiman, and most of your point is correct. Other countries have a very negative view of us, particularly because of Bush. However, those who want to "blow us up" do so because they are extremists. The extreme religious radicals won't stop wanting to blow us up because we are seen as evil, spiritually.

That's why it does no good to go into a country whose religion dictates them, and try to force our democracy upon them. We have a completely different way of life, with a melting pot of religions, races, nationalities, etc.

These extremists find us to be a threat.

Lisa says, "That's why it does no good to go into a country whose religion dictates them, and try to force our democracy upon them."

It isn't "our" democracy, and since it has been a political system for running government ... ever since mankind began! For sure and certain, the Greeks practiced every form of it (democracy) at one time or another in its history; except representative democracy within a republic of states.

In that regard, democracy is not a matter of ethnic or religious likes or differences. Neither is it a matter of ignorance about what democracy represents; since communications and knowledge about the subject are an ubiquitous commodity and available now to the entire world via all forms of media.

And, knowing that, I believe that many (maybe a firm majority) desire to try and govern themselves through democracy and are willing to give it a chance ... even in Iraq. Unfortunately, those are the ones who won't be strapping explosives to their children to get their theocratic way!

And, quibbling and subverting the hopes of success against Islamic use of terrorism to advance religion and rule is not only STUPID, it is actually treasonous! Indeed, the entire effort by Leftists and, or Democratics is to gain political advantage by issuing the constant calumy against the war on terrorism in Iraq ... and that's about the most disloyal, slimey, power mongering way conceivable; save outright sabotage!

"We have a completely different way of life, with a melting pot of religions, races, nationalities, etc."

And ... they CAN TOO!

... and that's the reason the world disrespects the USA -- we don't follow through on our promises (Vietnam) and are seen to have sold freedom out for MONEY and to be spent on only the USA!

No help for poor, defensless nations in the face of imperialistic communism! That's why they hate the USA RICH COWARDLY AND PARSIMONIOUS BASTARDS!

... all of us and not just Republicans, you fools ...

"My guess is that Tancredo and CalifChris have the same papa that taught them to hate Mexicans."

Bullshit! People who oppose illegal immigration do not hate Mexican. I'll grant you that a small percentage might, but the overwhelming majority do not.

"Bullshit! People who oppose illegal immigration do not hate Mexican."

True statement. I have lived in Mexico, my brother is STILL living in Mexico, married to a Mexican. The LEGAL Mexican immigrants I know don't like illegal immigration for the most part. A lot of folks don't realize that all those Spanish-speaking illegals aren't Mexicans either.
