Googled you and found you're a poker afficianado like myself. I've been playing HoldEm since 1991.

I've done really well in MTT's online and cashed out quite a lot of money (in the thousands) the last couple of years. But, I think I'm done with online poker for now. Bill Frist made it too hard. After cashing out at FT after a 4th place in a 500 player $26 buyin I tried to deposit $50 with a Visa Gift card, and voila! they don't process American Visa's anymore period. Wish I'd known, I wouldn't have cashed out all my money via check the last time.

Ever read Dan Harrington's 3 book set on tourney play? Fantastic books. Sklansky and others were really been good books as well. I'm more an Cunningham of Ferguson style player. Not so aggressive, playing good starting hands in position. I find my table image as a rock helps later in the tourneys when blinds get huge. Then I can bluff occasionally in position.

Going to Tunica this weekend to play some SNG's. $40-60 buyins. I usually wait for the aggresive players to bluff into me when I catch a great hand. Usually works to get me past the bubble, but you know how that can go LOL People do crazy stuff and get lucky. Ah, that's poker.

How about we play in a SNG at FullTilt one of these nights we're both up late. We won't be talking about anything having to do with politics. Poker's fun. I miss Hollywood Poker. That was a fun site til they banned American players. I won a huge celebrity tourney there before they did.

Here's what I said: Formal declarations of war are not made due, in part, to the fact that extreme emergency powers become available to a president during war or national security events. The Congress becomes nervous when such powers (one of which is dismmissing Congress) are in the hands of the executive.

You want to quibble about that? Fine ... go right ahead, but it doesn't "dispute" what I said. A fact is a fact, and extreme emergency powers ARE available in, or during, a Formally Declared War, and authorized by Congress.

Your court cases, where the use of martial law was denied validity, simply (and I mean that pejoratively) avoids the fact that martial law was INSTITUTED prior to the courts decision to deny it as valid...

You really can't quibble with reality, as much as you hope to show me up, personally!
