it is fairly safe to conclude that Obama did not immediately gain any ground.

"Debate helps Clinton"

Take off the rosy-coloreds -- this is nuts.

That debate was a disaster for Clinton. 70% of New Yorkers do not want drivers' licenses for illegals and she sides with the cocky NY Governor who wants to give drivers licenses to them. It also makes herself look weak on the national security issue. This was Hillary's worst debate ever and then she goes out the next day and whines and whines that the "boys didn't play nice with me." Give me a break.

I know, Chris. Nuance is a four letter word. The world is black and white.

To hold the view that immigration reform is a Federal problem which should have been dealt with by Congress and the Prez a couple of months ago, and that as poor an idea as this may be, the state Govs have to do something, and I think it is 18 that have so far, and also not agreeing with the details of this particular plan, is far too nuanced, eh?

WSJ/NBC poll asked 1002 adults: "How confident are you that Hillary Clinton has the skills and ability necessary to be president?"

The results are as follows:

Not at all - 30%
Extremely - 27%
Only Somewhat - 22%
Quite - 19%
Not Sure - 2%

Boy it really looks like that debate really helped Hillary, Inc.

roflmao...figures Corky was stupid enough to post this headline.

68 percent rate her somewhat to extremely capable to be President?

Sounds about right.

"there does not appear to be a significant public reassessment of Clinton's candidacy at this time."

When you get piled on and your polls numbers tick upwards, that's a win.

Keep hopeing Corky, When all else fails stick to Hope.

Corky I believe the line of demarcation would be between "quite" and "only somewhat" with "quite" being good for her and "only somewhat" being on the negative side. So basically the poll shows that less than half of those polled feel she could lead this country.
