[Correction: I just mentioned them.] Now, the DRUDGE RETORT has received an uncomfirmed report that one of the animals in INSPECTOR GADGET has inspected the title character, and apparently likes what it sees. "Yesterday, we saw INSPECTOR GADGET," e-mails a source who saw INSPECTOR GADGET yesterday. "There is a scene near the beginning where the guy who's gonna be made into Inspector Gadget is lying in a hospital bed encased in a full-body cast." Developing ... "His niece comes in to visit him with their little dog," our source writes. "She reaches down and picks up the dog to show the guy that the dog came to see him, too."
