By Jonathan Bourne At this time tomorrow morning, a Page One scream headline in the LOS ANGELES TIMES will blast the news that Las Vegas uberdeveloper Steve Wynn plans to build the biggest-ever hotel-casino complex in the state of Nevada. Documents obtained by the TIMES show that the Mirage and Treasure Island hotels are going to be razed to make way for the new 50,000-room Vegas Vegas hotel. The theme of the casino will be "Las Vegas," and appropriately the entertainment complex will include scaled-down versions of the Luxor, Caesar's Palace and New York New York facilities. Additionally, versions of the landmark Las Vegas hotels Circus Circus, MGM Grand and Stratosphere will be built to two-thirds scale, where visitors can gamble at scaled-down blackjack, roulette and craps tables. Entertainment at Vegas Vegas will include showgirls in the Main Room performing SHOWGIRLS! and female impersonators impersonating female impersonators.
